Large and comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the Greater Groves community in Clermont, Florida! This home features a King Size Master suite, a Queen Size bedroom, and two bedrooms with twin beds. The massive pool deck and oversized fully fenced yard make this home one to remember! There are no carpets in the home, and a large living room and open concept kitchen make this the perfect home for larger families to enjoy.
All bedrooms have smart TV's so you can enjoy all of your favorite shows and streaming while here.
The pool and spa can be heated together or separately in the cooler months if desired, NB: there is an additional charge for this service, please enquire prior to arrival.

This property is pet friendly, we will accept a maximum of 2 dogs and the non refundable pet fee is $150 per pet which must be paid prior to checking in. Please advise us prior to arrival if you are bring your furry friend with you, failure to do so will incur a $500 charge

In lieu of security deposits, we apply an Accidental Damage Waiver to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $100 covers up to $750.00 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.

The house is nice
.could use a few updates but very comfortable and in a great location. Has everything you need which was nice as we were here for a month. The pool and patio area were absolutely great!!! Best pool we’ve ever had at a VRBO. We had our dog with us and the large fenced yard was perfect. Very secluded and neighborhood is quiet. Close to Disney and many nice restaurants close by. Steve was very helpful and easy to get hold of. We have stayed at many places down here and this is by far our favorite!

Nice location for trips to Disney. Very well appointed kitchen, loved that there was an air fryer. Quiet neighborhood.Didn't like that the primary bedroom and connecting bath had no door, it did have a private water closet though.

The Best Stay

Host were wonderful. Communication was great. We loved the large pool and hot tub. House was extremely clean . Really appreciated the tree being there and the gift basket. We rented many homes through VRB this is one we will definitely come back too. It couldn’t have been better.

Very Disappointed

While visiting Florida for a relative's wedding. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations and was quite disappointing.Upon arrival, I noticed several issues that significantly impacted the comfort and safety of our stay:‱The bath mats were not clean. Looks like they have never been washed. One of them looked like it was from the 1970's.‱The towels appeared dated, and the washcloths were withered. Not nice white towels as depicted in the photos.‱There was visible dust on the floor, raising cleanliness and air quality concerns.‱The front door lacked proper sealing, with the rubber coming off the weather strip at the bottom. The rubber looked like a snake.‱The walls had chipped paint.‱There was mildew on the bathroom tiles, which posed potential health risks.‱The shower rod was rusted to the point that it was difficult for the hooks to glide.‱Unbagged trash was left in the outside garbage bins.* The kitchen trash can was so filthy.* No hand soap at the kitchen sink or in any of the bathrooms.These conditions were not reflected in the photos or reviews of the property, which led to an unpleasant experience. After traveling from Atlanta for a family wedding, I was looking forward to a clean and welcoming environment, and this property did not meet that standard.I am particularly concerned about the safety implications of mildew and dust, which can affect air quality and pose health risks. I have images to support these concerns.

Large Private Backyard

The house has a large fenced in yard which is very private. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was great, we used it every day. Steve and Jenny were great, if we had any questions or issues they were very quick to respond. Would definitely recommend this home.

The perfect base for our Orlando stay

This amazing villa was exactly what we were after for our ten day visit to Orlando. The place is super spacious, very comfortable, comes loaded with everything you could possibly need and to top things off it’s got the most amazing pool! After a sweltering day at a park a swim was so refreshing. We were gutted to leave as this villa really felt like a home from home!

Great fit for our family

It was difficult to find a house with all the things on our list but this one checked them all. Pet friendly, fully fenced backyard, lovely pool and spa, enough beds for our party, proximity to attractions. Bonus points for a walkable neighborhood with sidewalks and Publix was so close we could almost walk there. Owner is super responsive and kind.

Comfortable home close to the Disney parks

This home is comfortable, cool and clean. It has all that you need. The pool was wonderful. The neighborhood feels safe. Disney parks are about a 25 minute drive due to traffic (about 12-14 miles), so not bad at all. Plenty of stores, restaurants nearby and Wawa on the corner. Hosts are kind and great with communication and all codes sent to us worked immediately. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Thank you.

First-time vacation rental

As a first time rental I really didn't know what to expect but the host was very fast and patient with my questions. House was lovely and neighborhood quiet. Pool and spa was really a vacation have to have. Our dog was welcomed which isn't done at a lot of places. Thanks for a great vacation.

Great Stay!

The house and property were perfect for our Florida Getaway. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 and we very much enjoyed the pool. The location is great for shopping and the Disney parks, which we took advantage of. The house was clean and well stocked for all our needs and we found the beds to be very comfortable. All in all, a great choice for a Florida getaway.

Beautiful pool house

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The fenced yard offered privacy in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. The large covered lanai was great for outdoor eating and relaxing. Pool and spa were wonderful.

Great week!

The house was great and had everything we needed. It was so close to all the stores, which was handy for grabbing things for dinner etc. I loved how quiet and private the house was. There was nothing better than jumping in the pool after a day at one of the parks!
