Guest Access:

We’ll provide everything you need for a smooth arrival and stay:

- Community Gate Access: Reservation credentials are required at the main security gate.

- Villa Entry: Your villa uses a smart lock. A code is provided one day before check-in.

- Clubhouse Access: Reservation information must be shown at either clubhouse for entry.

◆ Guests must leave by the check-out time (10:00 a.m.), as we have other guests arriving on the same day. Guests who do not check-out on time may be charged an additional fee, as there will be additional work for our team.

◆ Please be advised that the pool and spillover spa share the same water. Heating is available upon request for an additional daily fee of $35 (minimum 2 days). Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can have it ready for your stay.

◆ This is a self-catering home with a starter kit: bathrooms include 2 toilet rolls + travel-size toiletries; kitchen includes 1 paper towel roll, 5 trash bags, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 sponge, and 2 laundry pods. Enjoy a complimentary 2.5 oz coffee bag.

◆ House Rules: Noise ordinance 10 p.m.–7 a.m. No smoking, pets, candles, parties, or events.

◆ HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
