Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 3 cars per townhome.
Each townhome has its own numbered parking spaces. You may park on your unit's numbered spots or any other unnumbered spots.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT NOTES: Please note that this home is considered to be self catering. We provide a starter kit which includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag, and 1 hand soap per bathroom. We do not provide detergent for the dishwasher, dish soap, or laundry detergent. Pool Heat is available for an additional Fee - $35/day and 3 days minimum.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRAVELERS: Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

SMOKING POLICY: No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, vaping, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.

GUESTS POLICY: Only the number of guests listed in your reservation are allowed. The community requires the specific list of guest names to allow entry for security reasons. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. If additional names need to be updated, Host must be contacted. May not exceed 9 guest names.

EVENTS POLICY: No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm as per the community rules. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

PET POLICY: This is a pet-friendly property. We allow 1 pet not to exceed 50 lbs. Pets are allowed with prior authorization and an extra cleaning fee applies. All pets must be kept on the leash at all times when outside of the townhouse confines and the enclosed portion of the yard. Other community restrictions may apply.

DAMAGE POLICY: Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

CHECK-IN POLICY: Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.

LAYOUT POLICY: Please avoid moving or re-arranging of furniture inside the home.
STAIRS. Climbing stairs is required for access to the bedrooms on the second floor.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

WEEKLY MAINTENANCE: Weekly maintenance for pool cleaning/ chemicals maintenance will occur during weekdays. Access to this area will be required by the professional cleaning company. Times will be coordinated with guests to minimize impact.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where owner has to send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning.

DELIVERIES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may receive packages at the home address during your stay. The packages will be delivered to the clubhouse and you will be charged $10 per package. Please ensure ample time for delivery as there will be no forwarding of packages.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
