Accommodating up to 10 guests, it features a private screened pool, open-plan living, a movie loft with popcorn machine, and themed kids’ room. Stylish suites offer comfort and privacy. Resort highlights include a FlowRider surf simulator, splash pad, water slides, pool bar, clubhouse, fitness center, and game courts—perfect for unforgettable Orlando vacations with family and friends.



The Space:

This luxury vacation townhome is a new way to surf through endless fun in the world of activities that Solara Resort offers in Orlando.



Solara Resort is a gated resort-style community located off of US-192 with easy access from Westside Blvd. or Florence Villa Grove Rd. and nearby highways I-4, US-27 and 429. It is just about 8 miles from the Disney attraction parks complex. The Grand Clubhouse features on-site restaurant and bar, coffee bar, ice cream parlor, sundries store, fitness center, indoor and outdoor lounges, business center, an outdoor fitness lawn, children's playground, and a tween/teen hangout center. This luxury resort highlights a competition-level FlowRider Surfing Simulator, a zero-entry pool, children's splash pad, water slides, and pool bar. Guests can also have fun and challenges with family and friends in the game courts: basketball, beach volleyball, and a full-size soccer field.



The two-story townhome provides seamless accommodation for up to 10 guests that can comfortably fit throughout its suites and rooms.

Getting into the property, guests can find an elegant open plan where a state-of-the-art kitchen with island merges into a contemporarily decorated living and dining area. White and taupe colors are illuminated by the sunlight through a multi-slide glass door that opens up to the private lanai with sitting area and the private pool in a screened patio. There is a pool-bath with shower box and double doors that allows access from inside or outside the house.



Going up guests can find a great loft with sitting area and a popcorn machine to enjoy the movies like in an actual movie theater. Light coral and turquoise details along with an accent wallpaper enlighten the master bedroom that features a KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, glass enclosure shower box, and walk-in closet. Walking through the hallway is the second master bedroom with FullSize bed and TwinSize bed ensuite bathroom with glass enclosure shower box. The little guests can find a lovely bedroom to imagine a toy's story in their TwinSize bed and FullSize bed with decor. There is a third bathroom with tub in the hallway near the laundry room. Additionally, there is a QueenSize sofa bed in the living room where two more guests can relax and enjoy the night light coming from the lanai.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.



We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.



We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

1. Private Vehicle:

If you have your own vehicle, Solara Resort provides ample parking spaces for guests. Simply follow the signs within the resort to locate your designated parking area. Please ensure that you adhere to any parking regulations to avoid any inconvenience.

Within Solara Resort, you'll find various amenities such as swimming pools, fitness centers, and recreational areas. These facilities are typically within walking distance from our vacation home. Please refer to the resort map or inquire at the resort's front desk for specific locations and operating hours.



3. Local Transportation Services: if you prefer to explore the surrounding area or visit nearby attractions without driving, there are several transportation options available:

- Taxis: Local taxi services are readily available and can be hailed or called for pick-up. You can ask our staff for recommendations or contact the resort's front desk for assistance in arranging taxi services.

- Rideshare Apps: Popular rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, providing a convenient and affordable transportation option. Simply download the app on your smartphone, set your pickup location, and request a ride to your desired destination.

- Public Transportation: The public transportation options in the area may vary. We recommend checking with the resort's front desk or conducting a quick online search to find out about bus routes, schedules, and fares, if available.



4. Rental Cars:

If you didn't bring your own vehicle and prefer the convenience of having a car at your disposal, there are several car rental agencies located nearby. You can arrange for a rental car prior to your arrival or inquire us for assistance in finding a suitable rental service.

These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!



✩ What We Provide:

Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.

Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.



✩ Pet Policy:

We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.



✩ Refundable Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

Responses with questions were quick. The master bed sheets were not on right and kept coming off, when we finally realized they were on wrong direction we fixed and then this was much better. I appreciated there being some laundry pods to start with. It was frustrating trying to work the door as often would have to put in code twice to open. Worked though as long as patient.Location was fantastic and the owners were quick and easy to communicate with. I would stay with them again.

Poor customer service

We called everyday for someone to come check the tv service no one came or called us back we had only one tv that we could watch cable tv on we had to watch tv on our prime acct. We stayed 3 years in a row at the Solara Resorts but always had good service. The inside garbage was dirty with old food in it and the blanket in the downstairs bedroom had to be washed cause it stunk so bad.

Nice townhome, fun resort, bad property manager

Location is great. Floor plan is nice. Close to the amenities. Quiet location that backs to an open field. King mattress is extremely firm. Kitchen is adequate for cooking. Property Management is low quality. The outside bathroom was unusable during our stay and this was not disclosed in the listing. We had to accommodate construction workers on 3 different days. This impacted our vacation schedule in a negative way. Wonder Vacation Management was not understanding. They offered no compensation for the inconvenience. Then they had the audacity to charge me for “damage” that I didn’t cause. Cleanliness was sub par and not worth the high cleaning fee paid. We left the home much cleaner than when we entered. I would rent in this community again but will avoid this management company at all costs. But if you do rent from them make sure to be checked out before 10AM because their crew will be there at 9:59 to make sure you’re out or they’ll charge you.
