Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
Yes, a propane BBQ Grill is offered at $95 plus tax for the entire stay. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is no child safety fence, but there is a pool alarm on the door leading out to the pool, which meets local safety code requirements in lieu of the fence.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.)

We loved the game room, pool with outdoor large screen TV. The rooms were very clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable.The Club House and water park was fantastic and in walking distance and the younger kids enjoyed doing the crafts that were offered throughout the day. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to email the Clubhouse to have our tickets printed out for the Cirque du Soleil show and pick them up at our convenience. The location was ideal and made it easy access to get to other attractions we wanted to see. We would definitely rent again and give a star rating 10 out of 10!. Thank you for meeting & exceeding our expectations to make our family vacation a wonderful experience. The price was well worth it and what you see on line is exactly what you are getting!

We had a great stay and would return to this house. There was plenty of space and comfortable accommodations. There were a few minor issues that were quickly resolved. The pool was so nice to have and we were in walking distance to the water park which was very nice! Close to Walmart and easy drive to Disney.

We booked this hoise for our family summer vacation. We absolutely loved it. It is in a very nice gated community and very well taken care of. It was everything we needed and more. It is aboit 2-3 minutes from Walmart and a short drive to Universal and Disney. We will definitely be staying again.

Great stay and a great house

The owners were super responsive and quick to reply with answers to questions and to resolve any issues. The house was perfect for our family and we look forward to staying there again in the future. The bedrooms were all spacious and had great furniture and storage options for clothes and suitcases. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean. The pool area with the tv and the projector was amazing especially for watching March Madness games. Overall I would recommend it anyone.

Exactly as pictured. Very close to Disney. The only thing to be aware of is there are no gates to the stairs. We had to be on high alert with our 1 yr old who loved to climb them. I would stay here again. My family had the best time.

Florida/Disney stay Nov2024

Overall, the property was nice. The location was close to most of the Disney properties all within about 20-ish minutes.When we first got there, we noticed that one of the master bedroom bathrooms floor was pretty dirty still. We notified the property manager. We also let them know there was an issue with the showerhead in the same bathroom, basically barely leaking out/no pressure. They were able to take care of the showerhead promptly while we were at Disney.A few things to note. For a house that can sleep up to 12 people. There is one trashcan in the kitchen that is pretty small. They leave you one trash bag to start with. they leave you one soap for the dishwasher and they leave you one soap for the washing machine. I am stating this because when you’re checking out, they ask that you start a load of towels. So here’s your one laundry soap to use while you’re here, but please wash the towels before you go. There were only six towels for the pool area. We did not find any extra blankets anywhere if needed. The hot tub and pool was nice the first couple nights, even though it was cooler outside. We paid to have both heated for our 5 day stay. The last two nights the spa barely was lukewarm and the pool the same. I called the management company and let them know about this in case there was an issue with the heater and they said it was probably because of the ambient air temperature being low. I’m at the limit, but there is more to say.

House was as advertised. Communication was great. Everything was clean. Pool area is awesome. We were in the parks within 30 mins of leaving the house. Kids loved the pool and the movie projector.
