Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
Yes, a propane BBQ Grill is offered at $95 plus tax for the entire stay. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is no child safety fence, but there is a pool alarm on the door leading out to the pool, which meets local safety code requirements in lieu of the fence.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.)

The home is very true to the listing description and pictures. The beds were comfortable and the ceiling fans in every room were a nice touch. Note that the thermostat is restricted in a range of only 70-75 degrees. The property manager was able to quickly address an issue with the kitchen trash can and replace it. Overall we had a great stay and would consider this property again.

We loved the game room, pool with outdoor large screen TV. The rooms were very clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable.The Club House and water park was fantastic and in walking distance and the younger kids enjoyed doing the crafts that were offered throughout the day. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to email the Clubhouse to have our tickets printed out for the Cirque du Soleil show and pick them up at our convenience. The location was ideal and made it easy access to get to other attractions we wanted to see. We would definitely rent again and give a star rating 10 out of 10!. Thank you for meeting & exceeding our expectations to make our family vacation a wonderful experience. The price was well worth it and what you see on line is exactly what you are getting!

This trip was so enjoyable, and we were able to let the kids swim, have enough space for our family, and everything was so clean. Any minor issues or questions were answered and fixed in a timely manner. We will be returning to this house for future vacations in the area!

We had a great stay and would return to this house. There was plenty of space and comfortable accommodations. There were a few minor issues that were quickly resolved. The pool was so nice to have and we were in walking distance to the water park which was very nice! Close to Walmart and easy drive to Disney.

Exceptional stay

We booked this hoise for our family summer vacation. We absolutely loved it. It is in a very nice gated community and very well taken care of. It was everything we needed and more. It is aboit 2-3 minutes from Walmart and a short drive to Universal and Disney. We will definitely be staying again.
