We visited this property for our end-of-year vacation with a group of about 15 people, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The home was very spacious, clean, and well-kept, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The private pool was a huge highlight and made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was exactly as described, and we didn’t experience any issues during our time there. Communication with Henry was excellent—he was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this property for large groups or families looking for a relaxing and fun getaway near Disney.

Booked this beautiful home for a weekend graduation party with the family and it was the best decision ever. Great location, access to pool. Spacious parking spaces for friends and family. Fantastic stay with gymnastics team

This house was wonderful for our group of gymnasts and moms. So many rooms to choose from and plenty of space and bathrooms to spread out. The pool was wonderful in the afternoon and the location was perfect for a day at Disney Springs, shopping at the outlet mall and getting to ESPN Wide World of Sports for competition. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Experience

Weeks before arriving, Henry (the host), had answered all of my questions. He responded to all of my inquiries quickly. The house is amazing. It was well stocked. We didn’t travel with little ones but I noticed the supply closet had all of the furniture you’d need for little ones. Our group enjoyed the pool and game room. The layout is great and accommodated by group well. Everyone raved about the comfort of the mattresses. We all slept so well. The home was equipped with bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, plenty of pool towels, cleaning supplies, body wash, hand soap, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent. The kitchen had all the cooking supplies needed and spices. The patio by the pool is equipped with a lot of nice furniture for a large group to sit outside and enjoy the pool. Nice big grill. Will definitely try to rent this home again for another occasion. Definitely recommend.

Great place to stay if you have a large group.

The property was excellent, I and 5 co-workers stayed for 10 days so we could complete a project in Kissimmee. After working long days in the sun, the pool and hot tub were just what we needed to relax before another day. Home was clean and had plenty to do in the evening. Plenty of restaurants to choose from as well.

Family Vacation Success

We had an incredible experience at this property! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could need. The location was perfect—close to the Disney parks, yet peaceful and private for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we felt welcome from start to finish. The little touches, like a well-stocked kitchen and the comfiest beds, made it feel like a true home away from home. We particularly loved the backyard outdoor space—it was perfect for unwinding in the evenings, especially by the fire pit as it was very chilly during our stay! We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation rental!

Generally pretty good

I have few negative comments, because I generally enjoyed my stay. The house was spacious, and so liked the bedroom options. It was mostly exactly how it was portrayed online. Few comments: - Worn seating in the kitchen and dining areas; the chairs at the kitchen table were very squeaky. - Had an issue with ants in one of the upstairs bathrooms, that took a couple of days to go away. - Pool area screens were not cleaned (lots of bugs and spider webs around) - Toilet paper dispenser in upstairs bathroom was loose I hope this isn’t an issue for future reservations, but I didn’t hear from my host until less than 24 hours before my reservation was to start. I had reached out a couple of days before that to request check-in info, and a quicker response would have given me reassurance, especially since I was traveling with a large group of people. However, the host was responsive during my stay.
