Policies

• Pool/Spa Heat: Available upon request (Its free but must be requested 3 days prior to check in)
• Rental Grill/BBQ: Available upon request (fees apply)
• No Smoking: Cleaning fee of $350 for violations
• No Pets: Cleaning fee of $350 for violations
• Trash: Must be bagged and placed in the trash bench by the front door for daily collection
• Parking: Up to 6 cars allowed, do not block the sidewalk or park on the street (fines apply)

• To add pool/spa heat, contact us at least a week before arrival. Pools take 24-48 hours to heat. On-arrival requests incur a $50 call-out fee plus heating costs. Pool heat is set to 83°F-86°F; spa reaches 100°F in 20-90 minutes. No adjustments or refunds for discomfort. Pool heaters shut off below 50°F to protect the pump, restarting when temperatures rise. No refunds for temperature-related shutdowns.
• General Pool rules must be followed, No lifeguard on duty so swim at your own risk.
