The house features 4 thoughtfully designed bedrooms with European-style bedding: 1 king (80x76), 1 queen (80x60), and 4 twin beds (75x39). Enjoy the luxury of high-quality natural cotton linens, washed exclusively with scent-free, hypoallergenic detergent for ultimate comfort.

Enhanced Cleaning Protocols:
We adhere to strict CDC guidelines to ensure the villa is spotless and safe. Our cleaning team dedicates extra time to sanitizing and ventilating the home before each stay. For an additional fee, we offer full-house ozone air sanitization before your arrival, requiring an extra day for application and thorough ventilation.

Guest access
A digital door code will be provided to grant you full access to the house. You can arrive at any time after the designated check-in time, regardless of whether you're running a few hours late or arriving the next day, and the house will be ready for you to settle in and make yourself comfortable.

Guests have complimentary access to all the amenities available within the resort.

Guests can park their vehicles in front of the garage, and the driveway has space to park up to 2 extra cars. Parking cars inside the garage is not allowed.

Please do not tamper with AC equipment, pool heater/pump/timer, sprinklers, water heater, and electric panel for your safety.
Other things to note
The Resort charges a one time $25 fee to acquire a fast gate pass card. The fee is one per car/family. Upon departing the resort at the end of your stay, the card must be returned to the drop boxes located at the clubhouse or at the exit gate.

OPTIONAL: Pool heating is NOT included and is available upon request for an extra $30 per day, 3 days minimum. Please let me know right after booking. I will turn the pool heating on before you arrive, so the pool is at the right temperature and is ready to enjoy.

We use a popular European bedding style: one crisp sheet on the mattress and a comfy duvet inside a soft cover. All pieces of the bedding set, including pillowcases are thoroughly cleaned for each stay. Additional bedding is available in the house or upon request.
