• Please note that the primary guests are required to complete the pre-arrival form before check-in. Guests who have completed the pre-arrival form will receive important check-in information before their arrival.

• The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement that is listed on our Pre-Arrival form via Charge Automation Terms and Conditions

• The booking price includes a property damage protection fee. Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest

• Rosario is located in a comfortable resort offering a variety of amenities that will make your stay very pleasant. The resort charges guests directly $20 plus taxes per night.

• There are 3 parking spaces available by default, if you require more just let me know and we can make the necessary adjustments.
