The Best

The place itself was great, plenty of bedrooms and a great common space. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working, not due to anyone's fault, just happens with these things, but the owner went out of the way to make up for it. I would recommend this place and look forward to future stays here myself.

The house was very clean and the kids especially enjoyed the pool. It is conveniently located near Disney, grocery stores, restaurants etc. We liked that each king room had its own bathroom and that the neighborhood was quiet at night. Overall we had a great stay here.

First of all I have re-booked this property for next year. It's wonderful! Grandkids, kids & Gramps & Granny were all very happy with this rental. Lots of restaurants, shopping and everything you need within 5 miles or less. Here are the first world problems I experienced: 1. the internet was down for about 30 hours on the 2nd & 3rd days. Probably the ISP. After the Reservations Lady assured us we wouldn't be charged for the BBQ & other items I was charged on my Amex. I called back during business hours and was issued a credit. The same day. The place is a bit pricy, but it is a good value. Close enough to the parks and a nice, safe, place to stay! We're coming back

Excellent Home, Excellent Service

Our family had a wonderful vacation! The home was spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. It's in a perfect location, close to parks, supermarket, and restaurants. The host was incredibly accommodating and flexible, even allowing additional family members to stay overnight without exceeding the property's guest capacity. Communication was excellent, and they quickly helped us with any questions we had. Overall, a fantastic experience, comfortable, convenient and family friendly. Highly recommend it!

This was a very pleasant stay. The home was lovely and furnished with all our desired needs. Updated furnishings and appliances. This home was spacious enough for my family and we greatly enjoyed the pool as well as the game room. It was home away from home.

Fantastic Kissimee property

We wanted to be close for our volunteer time at Give Kids The World, as well as central for our own activities. The home was perfect!! We did have issue with the Tv’s but were not there much to really care. Pool and outdoor space was perfect. Would come here again for sure!!

Family vacation

What a beautiful home and extremely comfortable to stay in. We usually travel to Florida twice a year and stay at a resort. After renting this home, we will never stay at a resort again. The privacy, having our own pool and the true comforts of home away from home was exactly what we needed to truly relax. The amenities, everything we wanted close by was amazing and we cannot say it enough, how awesome it really was.

Perfect home for multi family vacation

This is the perfect home if you’re traveling with multiple families or a bunch teenagers. There is 4 master bedrooms all with their own bathrooms and 2 kids rooms that use the community bathroom. Showers have never been easier!

Amazing clean and fully equipped house. We were a family of 12 including 6 kids that had an awesome time in the games room. The house had everything and the host had prepared a welcome package with incredible welcoming touches and was always in touch to make sure we had everything we needed.
