### The Space

This spacious two-story home is designed for relaxation and entertainment. The main floor features an open-concept living area with a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV, flowing seamlessly into the dining space and kitchen.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, both traditional and Keurig coffee makers, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. Enjoy meals together at the dining table, which seats eight.

Step outside to your private, waterfront patio oasis. Take a dip in the south-facing pool, unwind in the attached spa, or soak up the Florida sun on the sundeck chairs. An outdoor dining table and grill are perfect for poolside barbecues.

For endless fun, the dedicated game room is equipped with a 55” Smart TV, two arcade machines, a foosball table, and an air hockey table.

**Bedroom Configuration:**

* **First Floor Bedroom 1 (Suite):** Queen bed with a Smart TV.
* **Second Floor Bedroom 2 (Suite):** King bed with a Smart TV.
* **Second Floor Bedroom 3 (Suite):** Two Twin beds and one Trundle bed with a TV.
* **Second Floor Bedroom 4 (Suite):** Two Twin beds and one Trundle bed with a TV.
* **Second Floor Bedroom 5 (Master Suite):** King bed, Smart TV, and a private master bathroom with a shower and double sink.

### House Rules

* Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
* Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* At least one guest in the party must be 21 years of age or older to book.

### Important Information

* **Pool & Spa Heat:** This service is available for an additional fee of $30 per night for the entire stay. It must be requested at least 2 days before check-in. Please note: The spa is not a separate hot tub; the pool and spa are heated to the same temperature when the service is active.
* **Barbecue Grill:** Use of the grill is available for a one-time fee of $65 per stay, which includes a propane tank and final cleaning. This must be requested before check-in.
* **Amenities:** We provide all linens and towels, hairdryers, an iron with an ironing board, and free WiFi. A Pack 'n Play is also available upon request.
* **Concierge & Deliveries:** Please contact us for instructions regarding package deliveries. We can also assist with concierge services like Disney park tickets, and grocery shopping.܏
