Location was ok, but only room for one vehicle to park. When our son came over one night to see us, he had to park in the street & his vehicle got hit. Neighbor said this has been an ongoing issue. Kitchen was well stocked, but not much room. It was difficult to get into the fridge. Had several issues with bathroom. Shower curtain was too short & floor would get wet. Mirror was hung too high on the wall making it very difficult to see anything. And we stayed for 5 days, but only received 2 wash cloths. Floor in apartment looked clean, but After walking around barefoot, the bottom of my feet were black. And after 2 days, the tv quit working & we could not connect to Wi-Fi because the password we were given would not work. Probably won’t stay there again.

Definitely cozy and comfy for the price!

This place was definitely cozy and comfy with an affordable price! The only issue I really ran into was 2 spiders here. Probably scared the owners by screaming at them but other than that it had basically everything youd need. You will need to bring some seasonings with you for food and just in case some dish soap but other than that they provided pretty much everything and for a solid price a night stay. Paying 2 at a store is worth it. The owners super nice! They stay out of your hair and if you need anything at all they offer their support for anything! That hot-tub is really really nice! My husband and I snuck out to it the last night when the kiddos were down asleep and we regretted not trying it out the other two nights prior. Their shower is phenomenal. Its like a rain shower but pressurized rain and its soothing on the joints after a long laborous walk through one of orlandos many theme parks around! I will say thin walls but the owners were understandable with our two year olds crying and temper fitting so I was super greatful being such a busy tired mom and having such an understanding family on the other side of that wall! All in all I would definitely come back if I had the opportunity again!

Awesome place!!

The place that we stay for one night, their place is really nice, kitchen is small, the bedroom is spacious, their shower is huge for us to shower and, there’s working hot tub. You need to get heat it up before you jump in the hot tub. But it’s really nice place!

Unit is a converted 2 car garage on the side of a house.Owners did a good job making.thebspace private including a private hot tub and private entrance.Would be a tight spot for 4 but would be doable if you don't spend much time on the place except for sleeping

Location was great & the price was even better. Only “negative” was being locked out of room because only deadbolt key was provided and not actual door knob, but owner was quick to resolve the issue. Would recommend and will deff stay again next time I’m in the area.

This place nicely located near most and theme parks. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were cleaned and stocked. Water pressuser in bathroom was great. The spa did not come on but didnt really care for it.

Worst VRBO Experience

I have never had a check in or check out experience like this. Check in is at 4pm and when we were driving to the location at 4:30pm, we still had not received any check in directions or communication at all from the host. When I called, he said he would meet us there for a walkthrough. Meeting the host was never mentioned and for 2 women traveling alone, this was a little concerning. The “walkthrough” was completely unnecessary for a 2 room apartment with nothing special or difficult to use inside of it but whatever. He gave us the 2 codes for both the gate and the door but mixed them up so that took some time to figure out when we came back later that night. The next morning, we left to go to breakfast and returned at 10:30am (check out is at 11am) to find us locked out of the gate and the front door to the unit hanging open. After calling the host, he told us the cleaner got there early and he thought we left because our car wasn’t in the driveway. Upon being let back inside, we found our belongings all moved so he could clean, which he was almost done with so he had been there much longer than just 30 mins. I don’t think I need to explain how uncomfortable and unsafe we felt coming back to our rental with someone else in it, touching our things and locking us out AN HOUR before checkout. The house and property are as described. Good luck with the rest.

Everything inside the property was good only thing to mention it's the main entrance gate needs to be fixed hinges are broken and make acres to the entrance complicated because gate gets stuck Parking area will be nicer if you have concrete on drive way and not have to drive over grass thanks overall we enjoy our stay

Worth Every Penny

My stay here was very great. I stayed here with 3 other people. The beds were very comfortable and it was 20min away from Disney World. I felt very secure and safe here. The only complaints I have is random banging noises on the wall at random times of the night, and lack of ventilation in the bathroom after a shower. You are connected to the owners house, but they have no access to you through the house. They would have to reach you through a gate which you can lock via padlock. I didn't exactly understand how to check in but figured it out quickly. I reached out to the owner of the VRBO via phone number to which they did not respond. They only responded via the VRBO app. There is a padlock that has a key in it which then opens the lock on the gate. They had plenty of towels, toilet paper, and paper towels on the property. They even left gatorade and snacks. We left a lot of snacks behind for the next guest as well. The fridge was not very cold, but the freezer was! Overall I'd give my stay an 8.5/10. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great little private spot!

The property was clean, and advertised as is! The only thing drawback was that the area leading to the property was not very welcoming. There were many loiters in the neighborhood. But the place was nice, and convenient to everything we experienced in Orlando! The owner left bottled water and gatorade (although we didn't take any), and had plenty of towels. It had lots of amenties (full stove, microwave, and toaster). We also had great communication with the owner and I would definitely stay there again! :)

Private Little Spot, not far from Universal and Outlet Mall

This was a decent little place and the location worked out well for our stay. The owner was very responsive. The place was clean and there were basic necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, mini toiletries, towels. There was a full kitchen, with utensils, coffee, plates etc. It reminded me alot of an extended stay hotel. A couple things need a little TLC: the mirror in the bathroom is way too high, it needs to come down some and the tv remote may need some new batteries. It got kinda windy one night we were there and the gate wouldn’t stay closed, I had to put the lock on it from the inside to keep it from swinging open.
