As of January 2026, the Jacuzzi is out of order and is being worked on for repair
As of January 2026, the community is ongoing on internet upgrades, this does not interfere with the current WIFI as it will continue to work, there are just installing more access points. The only item to note is during weekdays from 9a to 5pm for few minutes a technician will install the router by entrance upper walls and will enter the unit. The Project is estimated to be completed by April 2026 and in reading this the unit install might already be completed
