This is a newly renovated and spacious 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment with 500sqft/46 m² located a minute from International Drive in ‘The Stay Sky Suites’. The building is a little dated but our unit has been completely remodeled.


Located 5 minutes from EPIC UNIVERSE and UNIVERSAL STUDIOS

This unit comes with free parking on site and free access to Netflix.

It is surrounded by a lot of restaurants and close to attractions on International Drive and the famous Orlando amusement parks:
- Epic Universe 5 minutes away
-The 4 Disney Parks are a 20 minute car drive away
-Universal Studios and Volcano Bay Water Park are about 5 minutes away
-It’s 10 minutes from Seaworld and also 15 minutes from Disney Springs, a small village with tons of restaurants and shops
-If you like to shop, Millenia Mall is 20 minutes away and one of the Premium Outlets is 5 minutes away.

If you are not renting a car you could either use Uber/taxi to get to the Parks or you could use the shuttle that you can schedule online. To do so please visit the homepage of Fabulous buses. Fees do apply!

The condo is very spacious. It has a basic equipped kitchen which allows to prepare meals if you want to eat in. It has a two burner cooktop but there is no oven. We do have a toaster oven though to bake, toast or heat up meals. You will also find a microwave and a filter coffee machine.

The bedroom has a king size bed. There is a pack’n’play for infants in the condo but we don’t provide sheets for that.
The bathroom has a big shower. We provide one set of bath towels each guest.
The living room offers a queen size sleeper couch and a 55” smart TV.

Washer and dryer are on the 4th floor. Fees apply.
Each cycle is $ 4.00. The machines are token operated and in the laundry room is a changing machine to change dollar bills into tokens.

Parking is right outside, no extra charge for parking.
It is not possible to leave luggage at the front desk, neither prior to check in nor after check out. They won't hold it for guests. But there is a local service: bounce that can help with this.

Amenities of The Stay Sky Suites: an outdoor pool, a hot tub and a small half basketball court.
GYM: a new gym has been added in January 2026. It has some cardio machines, a pulley and some free weights.

If you need anything there is a Walgreens within walking distance, maybe 3-5 minutes walking. There is also a Starbucks next to Walgreens and on International Drive which is around the corner are several attractions and restaurants.

Pest Control: the HOA schedules pest control on a regular basis as required and recommended by professionals. This may occur during your stay with access being required to treat the unit.
Roaches/palmetto bugs are a known issue in Florida due to the State's temperature and humidity but we do as recommended to keep them out.

Please note that the front desk staff in this building are not affiliated with us or our unit. They are employed by a third-party property management company and cannot assist with check-in or reservation matters.
Check-in: Guests must follow the instructions provided by us. The front desk does not handle keys, codes, or check-in procedures.
Packages: The front desk may accept packages, but they charge a fee for this service.
Emergencies: The staff may respond to building-wide emergencies such as fires or possibly water leaks, but otherwise, they are not connected to our unit or responsible for guest support.

QUIET TIMES: 10pm – 7am. Please no loud noise levels, unruly behavior. If there are any complaints the stay may be canceled without refund

STARTER KIT: Plenty for several days. We provide some rolls of toilet paper, a roll of kitchen paper towels, some dishwasher tabs, dish detergent and some trash bags. Any extra supplies need to be provided by you.

LINENS/BEDS: we provide bed sheet sets for all beds. And a set of towels for the maximum amount of guest. Some pool towels. And we don’t provide sheets or blankets for the pack’n’play. The bed does have a quilt as cover.

PROPERTY USE:
- No long-term residence, parties, gatherings or commercial use
- Stays do not qualify as residence or allow use of mailing address
- Flush only toilet paper
- Recommendation: close curtains when not at home to keep the room cool.
- Try not to cool below 68 degrees Fahrenheit to avoid freezing of the equipment. If frozen it needs to be turned off for 24hours. Recommended by a professional
- No glitter, glue, hair dye, spray tan or sun spray inside the unit
- no package delivery - if package is delivered the front desk will charge you for accepting it

CHECK OUT:
- By 10 am
- Please remove all trash - there is a dumpster behind the building
- Please empty the fridge and freezer
- Please turn on the dishwasher if there are still dirty dishes
- Linens and towels can stay where they are (on bed/in the bathroom)
- Close windows and doors
- Leave the safe open
- check for your belongings; If you forget something we won't hold it unless it seems expensive or important for your health

UNAPPROVED LATE CHECKOUT: $50. If overstay impacts next guest: 2x nightly rate. Paying the fee does not mean a late check out is approved and you can extend your stay.
