Calabay Parc is undoubtedly one of our most requested communities, and this home is one of its finest! Tastefully decorated with just enough color to dazzle and more comforts than "home" usually allows! Clean lines accentuate the smooth, sophisticated feel of this Calabay Parc gem. Spread across one level, you'll find four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as an open common area with plush living room, fully-equipped kitchen, formal dining room, and breakfast nook. Your private pool is a unique elbow-shaped design that the kids are sure to find fun for water play, and the whole lot is slightly elevated, so you can enjoy a gorgeous view (and a little extra privacy) from your deck while you're catching some rays! If the sun gets to be a little much, or the rain stands to ruin your outdoor fun, take the party indoors to challenge your friends and family to some healthy competition in the game room!

Local amusements are near enough to enjoy with ease, while still being just far enough away to offer an escape from the hustle and bustle of Orlando's tourist corridor when you just want to enjoy "home".

Florida law - guests are required to complete registration documents, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating. Please inquire about this add-on if the option is of interest.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: A private pool is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $150 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, LoveRentals applies a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $55 covers up to $1,500 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
