- As per ChampionsGate Resort policy, upon making your reservation, we will require the names of the drivers of any vehicle, including names of all adults over 18 in order to enter the resort and access on-site amenities.

- Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

- We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

- Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

- Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

- Please note that the Championsgate registration system requires a QR code parking pass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.

- There are pots and pans in the Kitchen. Please bring your own condiments if you plan to cook

- The AC is preset to around 72°F, which is the lowest setting allowed for safety reasons to prevent the unit from freezing.

- Pool/Spa Heat is available for $40 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat to the desired temperature. The pool heater is required to heat the spa and operates as one system. The pool will warm while the spa is off and when the spa is activated, the heater redirects its power to the spa. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.

- Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.

- Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

- Fireworks Notice Please be advised that fireworks are not allowed on the property.

- HOUSE RULES

* Guest List: A complete guest list is required prior to check-in.

- Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.

- Cameras: For your safety, an outward-facing security camera is located at the front door.

- Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.
