We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect with easy access to nearby attractions. The Host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful making check in/check out seamless. The space itself was cozy and well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay, I would absolutely stay here again and Highly Recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Felt like we were going to break the tiny couches, beds could be more comfortable, over all great stay! Pool was awesome and the highlight of our trip besides Disneys Animal Kingdom. Bathtub in master bedroom was amazing. Will return if we come back to the area. Well stocked kitchen with utensils and cooking ware.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing !!! The host was very fast with communication, even offered me early check in and complimentary pool heating for the remainder of my stay which I truly appreciated! The house was perfect just as the pictures stated. Grocery stores is close by . Overall the trip was amazing and I will definitely book again!

What a great stay! We really appreciated all the little extras - really didn’t need to get anything except food and even then they had some dry goods and spices available. The pool was amazing and the kids loved all the toys and thank you for the kids life jacket - our littlest benefited.

Nice space for multiple families. Well maintained, comfortable beds, nice pool. Great place to relax and enjoy family. The host was very attentive and made sure that everything was taken care of and that our stay was pleasant. Highly recommend.

This is my second time staying at this wonderful vacation property. It is very clean, large open space concept, great location and exactly as described in the listing. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. It was much larger than the pics. The Ovation Bistro Restaurant ( dinner ) and First Watch breakfast Restaurant were alsovery close, as were several golf courses.Kumar was very responsive to any questions I had ( not many ) and my early walks around the development was perfect. Vey clean and private. I will book again in the near future for sure..

No air conditioning and the property owner blamed us for his house being 85Âș. Pool hasn’t been cleaned, house is torn up. Owner is looking for cheapest way possible to take your money. Book somewhere else

When we arrived we noticed the flooring was broken in many places, dishes dirty in cupboards, pans so dirty we had to get barkeepers friend to get clean in order to use. No laundry pods or detergent (typically have gotten at least 2 pods). Went to sit on couch and it was broken. No remote for outside TV. Remotes in bedrooms did not function properly. Was not notified until after asking that propane was not provided for the grill, 2 empty tanks. No grilling utensils or brush to clean grill. No extra toilet paper (rolls on holders were half gone). Beds very low to the ground and rock hard.Was not great to have spend extra cash for things that should be standard when renting.

I had to contact our hosts to get the check-in information. We were traveling the day of check-in and I wanted to have the information prior to then. I received it the night before after contacting them a second time.The kitchen facilities were adequate. However we could not find any trash bags after we took the trash out and had to purchase some.

Our stay wasn’t as pleasant. We had big and little bug issues in the garage and on the island seats. The overhead covering of the pool was ripped which allowed all the bugs in and limited us from using the pool. The floor had some damage that made our socks and shoes get caught. The knobs on the grill were damaged. We had to struggle with the knobs on the grill to get the gas lit.The welcoming message didn’t inform us that we had to pay to fill the tank for the bbq grill. It was our first time in Florida and we were very disappointed.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this location, we were 20-30 minutes away from Disney and Lego Land. The boys enjoyed Lego Land more than Disney. The house is close to stores and restaurants. My youngest age 10 enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. The oldest age 17 got his own room and bathroom, so he was happy. Overall, it was a great experience. The owners of the VRBO were very responsive to a couple of my questions.
