Master -The Lamp Room 🛏 : Queen size bed with wall mounted hanging Edison lighting and storage. Has ensuite 🛁 with seperate 🚿 and private room for đŸšœ. Sofa bed pulls out Sleeps 4.

Bedroom 2 🛏 - 🩁 Fuuci`s quarters : Full size bed. 55` Roku đŸ“ș and and plenty of storage for clothing and belongings.

The Quad- 🛏🛏 : Twin with Full size lower mattress bunk bed in and standard double twin bunk 🛌. Sleeps 5. Desk and office chair included for remote work đŸ–„.

Guest Bath 🛁 : Located off the main living room area between Fucci`s room and The Quad, equipped with shower and tub combo. All bathrooms come fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Bedroom 4/Office - Twin bunk 🛌 setup plus a desk and office chair for remote đŸ–„ work. Sleeps 2

Access is to the rear property, backyard and driveway. please do not use the patio space between homes meant for use by the front house tennant.

Guest interaction is on an as needed basis. We like to provide you with privacy so offer no contact check in/check out and are available via messaging on the airbnb app.

Property is located on a quiet brick paver street just blocks from shopping centers, food and entertainment.

Property setup is Two single family homes on a single lot. One house is up in the front and this home is in the rear (Blue/Turquoisedoor). You have full use of your own driveway.

The area is popular for medical professionals and young families due to its close proximity to two hospitals.

The area has an excellent walkability score but you can also get around easily with ride or bike/scooter share as well s public bus transportation just one block from the property.

❌- this home has old bones even though it has been remodeled. Please DO NOT throw away feminine hygiene products or anything other than Toilet paper down the toilets. If we require plumbers to service the hone due to this, you will share the expense. Please be responsible and discard such items in the garbage.

🏡 Extras, amenities, pack and plays etc - please note our housekeeping team automatically sets up the property based on reservation headcount. Should additional assistance or specific needs be needed, please connect with our host team prior to your stay.

🚬 - Do not smoke, vape or use any other `smoking` substance or product on property. If you violate this rule you WILL BE FINED HEAVILY for cost of remediation. ⚠ - If you utilize any BIKE SHARE/SCOOTERS like Byrd or Limebike, please ensure the bikes are NOT parked in front of the property. We recommend leaving them on the corner - orange avenue. Failure to do so may result in fine
