Overall, the property fit our needs perfectly. There was one issue with the king room but it was resolved quickly. I was disappointed to not have a can opener, but we gifted one to the property. I highly enjoyed sitting out on the spacious balcony.

My only complaints will be addressed as advice to prospective guests: Bring your own soap bars, bath towels, paper towel, toilet paper, shampoo, dishwasher and laundry detergents. The towels are small and so thin that they could air dry in a few hours. This was it for a three night stay. Pretty irritating although everything else we had brought our own. Overall though the rooms were both clean, quiet, and well maintained. Despite my grumblings I would rate everything as "five star", just plan ahead!

This is a beautiful unit. Clean, safe area. Really nice gated community. We really enjoyed our stay here. The photos make it look really big. It was a great size, but not as big as they make it seem.

The condo accurately reflected on the website. The complex is beautiful with gated access for both driving and walking. Laundry in the unit, 2 full sized bathrooms. The unit was adequately stocked with supplies and the publix store is a 3 min walk away if you need more. Traffic access to the roadways is controlled so no stress getting into traffic and very ample parking with well lit lots. Any concerns we had with the unit were dealt with in less than a day and the host was very cordial. Access to swimming pool is a short drive 1-2 blocks away and gated itself with poolside lounge, bartender was polite and not constantly trying to upsell drinks.We have already referred multiple friends to this unit and location and hope to return again soon.

Brand new, place is great! The only issue we had was toilet paper. Master bath had a roll and a half, other bath only had half a roll to start. Had to go buy some more. Nice that Publix is walking distance.

I loved everything about my stay. The place was 6 minutes from the convention center. So grateful I didn’t book at one of the hotels!!! The rooms were spacious. 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. Two bathrooms and very nice spot. The amenities were great. They had a massive resort style area with two massive pools, a hot tub and we had no clue there was a fire place and an on site little cabana bar by the pool with a bartender. REALLY cool! They had staff on site at the pool and are strict about 10:30pm shut down. Only reason I have it at four stars was my bedroom sheets in the room on the left side were either older or maybe forgotten to be changed? I found two hairs, two eye lashes and a dead fruit fly. I ended up just sleeping in the fourth bed and it was totally fine. The other three beds were clean. I still recommend the location and facility itself is perfect for Orlando!

Great location for Universal and comfy beds. Smooth check in and checkout. Not enough supplies for a unit that sleeps 8. 1 trash bag for trash & recycling and only 1 roll of tp per bathroom for a family I’d not sufficient. Close to a Publix but silly to waste vacay time buying supplies for a Vrbo.

This place was great! Very clean, just like the photos. The beds were very comfortable as well. This place is perfect for a family and near to the attractions. It was very quiet at night, which was a plus for relaxing. My only recommendation is to replace the kitchen faucet. It sprays and the lever to make it stream is broken.

I had to ask the owner to send us our check-in information as we were driving down on the day of check-in. Pillows were wet in one room. Hair in the bed in one room. When we asked to have the sheets changed, we got a snippy response. Wasp nest on the deck that we asked to have removed and it wasn’t but the patio door was left open by the maid. Barely any hot water. Mold and mildew in the shower in the main bathroom. Dishes in the cupboards and drawers were often dirty. No network TV. Queen bedroom TV didn’t work. The main bathroom sinks were clogged. Showers felt like we were going to fall through them as there were no supports underneath apparently. Unit was advertised as “new“ but this certainly was not a new unit. When the maid came to swap out the hairy sheets, she made sure to display that these were new, which means she also did not wash them prior to putting them on the bed. Everything was super minimal and very cheap. Not asking for stuff like staying at the Ritz, but definitely asking for stuff to be clean more than anything and working. I stay at a lot of VRBO‘s and was very dissatisfied here.

Perfect for a quick weekend to the parks, close to everything! Beds were comfortable and the area was quiet, got to sip coffee on the patio and watch some football. Would stay again!
