There are a ton of restaurants, retail, a movie theater, live music and a waterpark.

The main level on the first floor is an open concept space with fantastic natural lighting and high ceilings, you're sure to love the abundance of space for your group. New and modern furnishings and finishes will give your group the true luxury experience, where you can make this space your own. The living room includes a sofa and accent chair, wall mounted television; the perfect space to rest between your getaway experiences. The dining area offers a comfortable space for 6 guests to enjoy their meals, with additional seating at the kitchen counter.

This is a private home and as such does not have access to Fins Up Club and pools, nor the Fitness Center that are on the Margaritaville grounds. Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and 10 miles from Universal Studios. Our guests have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows.

Pet fee is $150 (one small dog up to 25 lbs. is ok, no cats). You must select the pet fee option while finalizing your booking.

Please note that late check out must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late check out are based on availability and require approval and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.

If you are inquiring about a monthly stay, there is a required cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms once every 30 days. There will be an additional monthly cleaning fee of $150 every 30 days.
