Your pool and patio area features privacy panels on the lanai enclosure to the right and left of the patio and no neighbors to the rear. With all these exciting features, this home is sure to beat every expectation for your dream Orlando trip.



In addition to a private pool, this home’s patio space also boasts an outdoor dining area, sectional couch, smart tv, gas fire pit, and hot tub. Endless hours of fun will be had here, and this is just the beginning! Inside guests will find an awesome game room with pool table, air hockey, ping pong, foosball, and darts. The gamers of your group will be amazed by 2 gaming stations, fully equipped with smart TVs, sound bars, and gaming chairs.



For more laid-back living, head to the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. You’ll have all the space you need for relaxing movie nights, family dinners, and preparing delicious food and drinks at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with homeware, cooking tools, and appliances for your convenience.



This home impressively sleeps up to 24 guests between 9 bedrooms. Several bedrooms share Jack-and-Jill bathrooms, while the rest share additional full bathrooms.

THINGS TO NOTE:

There are 2 jack and jill baths both on the second floor, between bedrooms (Nemo room) 5&6 (Star Wars room) and 8&9 (Cinderella room).



- Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.



- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.



Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.



- Patio grills. Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable. .

Please note that while the hot tub heats up beautifully for a relaxing soak, it is not a therapeutic hot tub, and the jets do not activate. It's perfect for enjoying warm, soothing water. We want to ensure our guests have the best possible experience.

-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.

-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.



This home is located in Windsor at Westside, a luxurious gated resort that offers an exclusive vacation experience. Guests are welcome to enjoy a lengthy list of amenities including a 10,000 square foot clubhouse, a lake and pier, a community pool with a waterslide, a lazy river, and a kid's water playground. There is also a fitness center, tennis court, volleyball court, sweet shop, bar and lounge, kids center, and arcade - all onsite! Our community has implemented updated security and access procedures. Gate codes have been permanently deactivated, and all guests must now stop at the Tripoli Ct. guardhouse upon arrival. Access is granted with a proxy card, which will be issued upon presentation of a valid ID and booking confirmation (including property address and stay dates). A one-time $20 vehicle use fee will apply per vehicle starting August 1, 2025 . Each home has a maximum number of allowed vehicles, Any additional vehicles must be parked off-site. These new procedures are designed to enhance security and ensure a smooth experience for all guests.
