Our home is located within the gated community Bella Vida Resort, which values ​​the safety and well-being of everyone. To ensure a peaceful stay, we ask that you please observe the community rules:

Parking: Parking is not permitted on the community streets. Please use only designated spaces.

Trash: All trash must be properly bagged before being placed in the trash can in front of the house. Do not leave loose bags outside.

Common disposal area: Leaving loose trash in the community trash cans is not permitted. Always use sealed bags.

Vehicle registration: All vehicles must be registered with the condominium. Please provide us with the car(s)' make, model, and license plate information before your arrival.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines being applied by the condominium, which will unfortunately be passed on to the guest.
