Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The home sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms. Two master suites each offer a king bed and a Roku Smart TV. A third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth features a full-over-full bunk bed. Two queen memory foam pull-out sofas in the family room add flexibility for larger groups. Three well-appointed bathrooms include a bathtub and a bidet.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is centered on an inground pool and spa - both available year-round and open 24 hours. Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee. Sun loungers, a hammock, outdoor furniture, a shaded outdoor dining area, and a private gas BBQ grill give everyone room to settle in and spread out. A path or dock leads to nearby lake access, and free resort access opens up additional shared facilities beyond the property.

Entertainment & recreation
The air-conditioned game room is a genuine highlight - pool table, ping pong table, arcade-style games, life size games, and a theme room give the group more than enough to fill an afternoon without leaving the house. A 65-inch HDTV with standard cable and streaming - Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, Fire TV, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku - handles movie nights effortlessly. For staying active, exercise equipment includes a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, and free weights, with shared gym access also available nearby. Books, board games, and reading material round out the mix.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles group-sized cooking without a hitch. A Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, and Keurig coffee machine are all on hand. Wine glasses, baking sheets, barbecue utensils, cooking basics, dishes, and silverware complete the setup. The dining table seats the full group comfortably, and breakfast is provided to start each morning off right.
