BSV424: Hosted and managed by Blue Sky Villas Luxury Vacation Rentals, this beautifully remodeled home is located in the Highlands Reserve Golf Community near Orlando. Bright, spacious, and stylishly designed, it features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a private screened pool & spa, games room, and fenced backyard with firepit, with a maximum occupancy of 9 guests total.

Spacious Florida home

Home was very spacious, kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals, there was a grill onsite but no propane tank, pool and hot tub were clean. Game room in garage was a great idea but a corn hole board was broke, no darts for the dart board, tvs were logged into under vacation which was really nice. Beds were made with sheets- house was stocked with towels we didn’t need to bring our own. We will def be coming back to this home to visit Disney. Very close location To visit Disney parks.

Great place to stay with a family

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was beautiful inside and out. Very modern and updated interior. The pool and spa were the whole reason we chose this place and it did not disappoint. There were plenty of local amenities and food. The management was quick to fix any issues we had. Would highly recommend if staying in the area

Disney Trip

The home was beautiful and the location was great. We spent a week at this home. The kids loved having a pool that they could hang out in when we weren’t at Disney World. The beds were comfortable and inviting. The house was well kept. The pool area could use a little cleaning up but it is rainy season so I am sure that it is hard to keep up. The kitchen was gorgeous. Sounds silly but we have 1 complaints. The bath towels were ridiculously small and beat up. I understand that we were just renting for a week and Vrbos only supply the necessities but towels in my opinion are a necessity. Overall, it was a cute house in a good location. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, Spacious and centrally located to entertainment

We visited the area for a 5 day vacation and Disney trip. This house provided plenty of space for teens and young children. The neighborhood is very quiet and there were plenty of food options nearby. Between planned activities, we all enjoyed cooling off in the pool. Communication about expectations for staying at the house were presented early on and throughout the stay, to avoid any confusion. I would stay there again!

Just our experience -

We enjoyed our stay here for 6 weeks. The location was very central to all amenities. The community seemed very safe. We would like to share a few things that would improve the experience. We hope the host will see our comments - not as criticism but areas we believe could be improved upon. Blue Skys Villa was always very quick to respond to any of our concerns. We really appreciated this. The sectional sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable. This is the only seating in this room other than a bean bag on the floor. The lounge chairs on the patio were not comfortable and there were no cushions for these 2 loungers and no umbrella for sun shade. During our stay it didn’t seem that the pool was cleaned regularly. We contacted Blue Sky Villas to ask them to have the pool cleaned. The house has flooring throughout and there was no vacuum to keep this large area clean. With such a large area of flooring one would expect to have some kind of hard floor vacuum. There are 2 area rugs that really needed to be vacuumed as well. The lawn was left to grow quite long. We were there for 6 weeks and by week #5 the weeds were about a foot high.

Everything was great! The house is beautiful and just what we needed/wanted. Check-in/out was very easy, good communication, pool was heated upon arrival, everything as listed, house very clean, quiet neighborhood. Thanks for helping to make our vacation fantastic!

Best Stay Ever!

We had a wonderful stay. The rental was clean with all the necessary and extra amenities we needed. Everyone was comfortable with enough space and activities for everyone to relax, dine, and enjoy themselves. They were also super helpful when scheduling late check out and pool heating accommodations.

Beautiful Stay and great communication

Everything with the house was just as advertised. We loved having the pool and hot tub after a long day at the parks. The property manager was extremely responsive and accommodating. The game room was a big hit with the little one. Will definitely be going back here

One issue, easily fixable, other than that the home is beautiful

There were a few small inconvieneces but nothing worth leaving a review about. We did have one major issue that did greatly affect our stay. The back wall of the property is completely clear glass and uncovered. There's a fence but the property sits lower than all properties around it. There's absolutley no privacy. Every property surrounding the house has a full view of the entire living area all the way to the front door. There's a home to the right that has a full view into the master from their pool area. We had to have all the lights off at night to give some semblance of privacy. I slept in the room with my daughter the entire stay because she was afraid at night when you can't see out but people could see in. I contacted the manager at the beginning of our stay to see if we could buy curtains to put up and they said they would contact the owner and get back with us. We were there for 5 more days and never heard anything back. Our stay was extremely uncomfortable. We never felt at home. We couldn't walk around comfortably. No wrapping up in a towel and walking to the laundry, no walking around in pajamas, I had to make sure my daughter was fully clothed at all times. I told the manager we felt like we were in a fish bowl and that's the best way to describe it. This is more of a heads up than a negative review. I would hate for another family to feel as uncomfotable as we did. If they fix this the home is perfect.
