Welcome to Villa in Clermont, your home away from home! Located a short drive from all of Orlando's fantastic attractions, Villa in Clermont is a luxurious and family-friendly home in the gated community of High Grove in Clermont, Florida.
During your vacation, spend time together in your open-concept kitchen, living and dining area, and have fun in your games room. There's your very own screened-in patio, and when it heats up outside, go for a swim in your private in-ground pool and spa.Pool heat no included additional $25 a day.
Whether enjoying a fun day at Disney World, Universal Studios, or one of the many other great theme parks located just minutes away, spending hours shopping at the outlet malls, or playing a relaxing round of golf, at the day's end, your family will sleep well in one of the four beautifully furnished bedrooms.
Your home offers a living area of 2072 square feet. Two master bedrooms, one with a King bed with en-suite bath and the second with a Queen bed. Your additional rooms include two rooms with twin-sized beds, a pull-out sofa bed, and sleeping 8-10. With two and a half bathrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is outfitted conveniently with a dishwasher, a fridge, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee maker. Don't worry about pots, pans, cutlery, linens, towels...it's all there for you.
NEWLY RENOVATED VILLA! We installed quality ceramic flooring on the main floor and beautiful wood laminate flooring throughout the second floor. We have added many new items to our home to make it even more comfortable for your stay - like a new mattress and boxsprings, Waterpik showerheads, and all new furniture inside and outside by the pool.
The Clubhouse is just steps away, complete with a workout room, pool table, arcade, full-length pool, and more.

A comfortable, nicely decorated, roomy house located in a gated community. We’ve stayed in this neighborhood before. They keep it up; friendly staff at their community center, pool and small fitness room.4 bedrooms upstairs, all with large tvs, hard floors no carpet, heating ( we had 2 icy mornings), ac, WiFi, hot water all work well.Pool (north facing) and spa were clean. Definitely pay for pool heat after September. Game room with lots of stuff to do.45-50 minutes from MCO, 40 minutes to Universal, 20 minutes to nearest Disney, 75-90 minutes to Cocoa Beach- all depending on the heavy Florida traffic.Walmart and Publix close by; walk to British Pub- fun karaoke night.Check in no problem, owners responded timely to questions. A nice place.

Wonderful family villa

We had a lovely family vacation at this well presented villa in March and April. The games room is a real bonus. The property is well situated in a quiet gated community with golf, cycle rides and amenities close by. Close enough to Disney and Universal parks but allow extra time for the heavy traffic. The owner was very responsive. On arrival the pool heater was down and the owner had it repaired within a day. We are very happy to recommend this villa.

A nice home close to Disney. Home was clean annd comfortable. Unfortunately the pool/spa heater was not working correctly. Home owner was very responsive. Sent a technician to fix but was told it would take at least 24 hours to warm it up. Due to the delay of getting a repair person over, It made no sense to pay for us not to use it. The home owner addressed any issues quickly.

A good size property with all of the necessary equipment for an extended stay. Quiet neighbourhood. Excellent location for Disney. Good communication with the owner. Plenty of room, together with a well equipped games room.

Fabulous 2 weeks in Florida

Having stayed in various properties on the US27 highway several times before we chose this gated community and villa as our next choice. Communication with the owner was easy and straightforward. Its location is 20-30 minutes from the disney parks depending on traffic and the neighbourhood is very pleasant and friendly with local supermarkets a 5 minute drive away. The villa itself is as per the photos. We were a party of 6 (4 adults and 2 three year olds). There was more than enough space for us and the kids loved the pool after a long day in the parks. The decor throughout is lovely especially the 2 lights in the living and dining area (wow!). Overall we were very pleased and enjoyed our 2 weeks hugely (pity it couldnt be longer). Hope to be back one day.

Lovely stay!

We stayed in this villa for three and a half weeks and had a wonderful time! The communication from the owner was fantastic, we were missing a couple of items from the games room and it was fixed instantly. The games room had lots of fun things to do, it was nice to escape to during a passing Florida storm. The whole villa was very clean and seemed newly decorated. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed for it to feel like home. The location was also fantastic with a lot of nice places around to eat.

Great time just need a couple things worked on

It was definitely a nice house after we got everything situated after they didn’t do my stay correct but I would suggest more pots and pans to cook breakfast and maybe putting in reviews how many stairs u have to climb to get it the bedrooms
