Great location near all the parks and restaurants..Everything was about 15-20 minutes away..The room was very nice size they had extra towels toilet paper.The kitchen had oil sugar seasoning stuff to cook..Over all we had a great stay..

The place was clean, quiet, and had nice amenities and close to stores restaurants and the convention center. There was a lot of space with not a lot of furnishings but was clean. The owner communication was great and check in and out was easy. Good value.

The condo itself could use a little love but overall it was very clean and comfortable. Much larger than anticipated! The host was very responsive and Checkin/checkout was easy. The resort itself was meticulously maintained and the amenities were wonderful. The pool and splash pad areas were great and close by. There is a nice walking trail around the lake as well. Plenty to do in a close area. Would deffinitely stay here again!

The complex is very conveniently located near the convention center and within walking distance to shops and restaurants, which made getting around very easy. The unit itself was very spacious and generally clean, and the pool area is great for families. Hosts were response to any of our questions. There were a few areas that could use improvement. The shower curtain in the bathroom had some mold on it, and the outdoor furniture was a bit dated and rusty. Additionally, the spa was closed for our entire stay, which was disappointing. The arcade games and pool tables also didn’t quite match the photos online—many of the machines were out of service or broken.Overall, the location and size of the unit were big positives, but a few maintenance updates would make the experience even better.

As I mentioned in my message, we were very disappointed in the minimal things you had there to make our stay comfortable- towels, paper towels, salt, pepper, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc. it would not take much to make this place amazing. Very disappointed

We certainly enjoyed our stay here. The space is much larger than what we expected or what the pictures showed. Easily fit all seven of us comfortably. Close to all amenities that Orlando has to offer. Community is gated and secured. Host was very accessible and was very accommodating. Looking forward to booking again.

Beautiful property. Very clean. Minutes from seaworld. Great pool, hot tub, splash pad and fire pit. Condo was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend if you plan on cooking meals since stovetop is a guessing game.

The property is as advertised. I have stayed at Vista Cay several times and it is great. I gave it 4 stars because the week I was there they were replacing the roof and it was not pleasant. This unit is on the 3rd floor and it was banging and pounding all day until dark. Uncomfortable to say the least and the balcony was unusable.

Used this home as our base(lol) for Universal Halloween Horror Nights, it was perfect for all us and felt very secure, the gate and room access was easily adaptable. Nice and quiet neighborhood only 10 minutes away from HHN and across the street from Epic!

The property was as advertised, pool was nice apartment was clean and spacious We stayed for 6 days, a couple more trash bags and toilet paper rolls would have been nice for the length of the stay as there were 4 people so I had to go to Walmart to grab some.. the stove was a little tricky because the writing on it was completely off I still gave the property and overall 5 as those were not deal breakers for me.
