The Space:

Located within the Windsor Island Resort, you’ll have a choice of so many amenities that you won’t know what to do first! From the pool to the lazy river to the hot tub and splash playground, the water-themed thrills are virtually endless. You can nap in a hammock, rent a cabana, grab a tropical drink from the tiki bar, or find a chaise lounge to recline and read a book in for hours. A fitness center, arcade room, playground, sports courts, and even a mini golf course will keep your adrenaline pumping for hours, working up a sweat that can be best remedied by a refreshing swim back at the pool.



When you’re ready to head out to the nearby theme parks, you’re within easy access to the major freeways transporting you to Disney, Universal, Legoland, and more. Cagan Crossing, a popular shopping and dining destination, is just 4 miles away, or the golfers in your crew can work on their swing at the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, just 7 minutes away. With so much to do both day and night, you’ll be more than ready to spend downtime at the home, resting up for another exciting day.



The interior of the home is all glamour and style with blue and gold accents tying each room together with touches of Disney to surprise and delight. The main level’s open floor plan creates a grand space for entertaining, with high ceilings and plentiful natural light. Kick up your feet in the living room featuring ample sofa and armchair seating, with a large mounted smart TV providing streamed entertainment whenever you want. Can’t get a group consensus on what to watch? The loft has the answer with a separate movie theater themed room equipped with a large U-shaped sofa and mounted smart TV. Heading back downstairs, the modern kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and dark wood cabinetry filled with cookware and dining ware, a chef’s dream destination for whipping up home cooked meals. Serve up your fresh fare at the elegant dining room table with seating for 6, or at the spacious kitchen island with high-top seating for 4.



You don’t have to leave the home to seek adventure, as you’ll also find a game room fully equipped with foosball, pool, and air hockey tables for hours of entertainment in the mushroom kingdom to satisfy kids and kids at heart alike. When you’re ready to cool off, head out onto the private screened-in lanai and make a splash in the sparkling inground pool, surrounded by plentiful seating options for both lounging and outdoor dining.



This home comfortably sleeps 17 guests between 7 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.



In Bedroom #4 your invitation to Hogwarts has arrived, including a twin-over-full bunk bed with an additional standalone twin bed, as well as a smart TV.



Bedroom #5 takes you to the edge of the universe and includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.



In Bedroom #6, you’ll never want to let it go, with 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bed along with a smart TV.



Bedroom #7 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.



The home also includes a half bathroom as well as 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower and the second with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles with overflow parking for 1 additional vehicle on the street.

• Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.

- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.



Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.

• Patio grills. Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable.

• We do provide starter amenities for the home. These are basic supplies to help you settle in quickly, without having to stop at the store before check-in. As these are starter amenities, they may only last you a couple of days. If you have a longer stay, we suggest visiting the nearby grocery or dollar store to inexpensively restock for the remainder of your stay.

• In case of hurricanes, lightning, inclement weather, or due to necessary repairs, certain resort amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity.



Windsor Island is advantageously located with several nearby options for dining and shopping. You’ll enjoy staying just minutes from world-renowned attractions, beautiful beaches, and challenging golf courses. The major Florida attractions are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (16 miles), Epcot (16 miles), Hollywood Studios (13 miles), Animal Kingdom (14 miles), Universal Studios (25 miles), Legoland (30 miles), Margaritaville (8 miles), and Sea World (20 miles)!
