This beautiful home offers plenty of at-home extras such as complimentary Wi-Fi, 40" flat-screen TVs in each bedroom, pool table, air hockey, 2 PS 4, theater room and a washer and dryer upstairs, also forest view at the back yard! You’ll also appreciate the prime location close to Orlando’s theme parks, restaurants, and shopping!

POOL/SPA HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day (November-March: $45/day).
2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.
3-Pool is set to be heated to 89 F/Spa 104 F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Guests need to pay heated pool for spa to get heated.
6-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

BBQ: BBQ grill is optional at $85/reservation with a tank of propane included.
Needs to be paid at least 48 hrs in advance.

* The ring door bell at the front door will be on during your stay.


- Kitchen and bathroom supplies are starter amounts, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay. You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount.

The house was amazing. Very clean and laid out very well. We had a few random issues pop up (that were no fault of the host) and our host responded quickly and was very kind and helpful. Would and do recommend. Will look at booking with again when we return for a trip!

Spacious home, nice neighborhood & conveniently located. However, the home had a unpleasant odor. No wash cloths or paper towels were avaliable, as stated in the home details. In addition, there were stains on the wall, holes/scratches in the wall, bent blinds, dirty & dusty base boards, repairs are long overdue. The kitchen sink drained slow & running water made the unpleasant odor stronger. Lastly, the check-out process required towels & dishes be washed & trash collected & placed in bags. Things that the cleaning fee should cover. Overall, it was hard to relax & fully enjoy ourselves due to the condition of the home.

Nice place, close to ESPN and Disney for Nationals

Overall, this place was nice and accommodated our big group of families traveling for dance Nationals. The downstairs was very well kept. Nice spacious kitchen and eating space, rooms and bathrooms. The game room was a fun addition as well. The upstairs was a little bit more "used" as the room my daughter and I were staying in had two beds. Both beds had broken frames. My daughter's bed had a piece that was loose and broke off and my bed sloped down as something must have been broken. Neither of us are bigger people but I feel like these beds could break at any time. The dyer also needed some repair as we were washing towels per instructions and it seemed to be having some issues. The gated community had issues with opening the gates and check in was a mess as nothing was working properly but they ended up just keeping the gates open so access to the property was easier after a couple of days. The only other complaint, which wasn't the fault of this particular property whatsoever, was the tenants in the house next to us. It was a bunch of party goers smoking weed every night for hours at a time. We were there with young kids and teenagers and it was difficult to enjoy the pool area at night since the smell was so strong.

Good, not great

We were a group of 8 men on a golf trip. The pool table was one of the reasons we chose this house, but it was undersized and out of level. The house was clean but a little "tired". The owner / manager was very responsive to questions.

Great Location-Back Gate to Target

Sometimes when staying in gated communities there is trouble with the gate codes. This particular gated community had 2 entry/exit points that were easy to access and the codes always worked. The owner replied quickly to all questions and the house was beautifully furnished. We enjoyed our stay here, especially the close proximity to Target and Sams Club. One night we ordered something on Amazon and it was on the doorstep the next morning.

Great Home in a Great Location

We had a great time with our large party, including many children! They loved the private pool! We found the house was adequately clean and the check out process was more than reasonable. The house was stocked very lightly and even lacked some essentials such as towels and soaps, but I'm giving them a 5 star review because of the extremely fast and professional communication by the manager. They seemed to be working all hours and would reply within minutes!!! What few items were missing, they got for us quickly! I would certainly recommend this place.

Perfect house for any event

The house was perfect! The bedrooms were all large and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The game room was awesome for adult's ( we didnt have any kids with us ) but the set up is awesome for kids with the gamer station. There was plenty of space in common area for everyone to hang out. Tvs in all bedrooms . The pool and hot tub was great. Shops and eateries are right there as well for convenience. I highly recommend this place AND I've used a ton of rentals for work events and this location is one we will use again. They had the easiest check out process ever! Thanks for having us and we will see you again soon! Misty
