Emerald Island is a gated Kissimmee resort conveniently located near Walt Disney World and just a short drive from the I-4 Highway, offering easy access to Universal, SeaWorld, and other Orlando attractions. Resort amenities include a clubhouse, poolside Tiki bar, heated resort-style pool with hot tub, fitness center, sports courts, walking trails, BBQ area, steam room, and 24-hour security at the entrance. Parking at the resort is $20 per car, which includes your gate card for your stay and is charged separately upon check-in.

Property Notes:

-The resort HOA requires one 1 access card per guest vehicle at a cost of $20 per card.
-Day visitors do not require access cards.
-Guests are required to sign the rental agreement form.
-Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. It can take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed.
-BBQ Grill is available- a cleaning fee will be applied for usage.
-Garbage Collection: All Trash/ recyclable material must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected on a daily basis by resort staff. Alternatively, there is a trash compactor available at the resort.
-Check-in 4 pm, Check-out 10 am
-No Smoking on the property
-No pets are allowed
-The Guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age or older
-By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy excludes children under three years of age.
-Pools are used at guests’ own risk. Under 18’s must be accompanied at the pools. The safety fence (if installed) must be used at all times.
-Notify the property manager of any damage or incident to the property.
-No Parties or excess noise after 10 pm
