This is a big house with lots of room for everyone. We have 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, so no waiting! The kids get their own fun rooms with bunk beds, and there are two king beds for grown-ups. The kitchen is big with everything you need. The living room is bright and comfy. Outside, you have a private pool and a covered area to eat outside. The house is close to Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld. You can also play at the resort's big water slide pool.

A car is recommended. Free parking is available at the villa (max 3 cars per Windsor Hills HOA rules). Uber, Lyft, and taxi services are also widely available in the area.

• Early/late requests $45/hr (subject to availability).



💦 Optional Add-Ons

• Pool Heat: $35/day (request 3 days prior to arrival).

• Grill Rental: 4-burner $105/week.



🏡 Amenities Included

Starter supplies provided: trash bags, paper towels, soap, shampoo, and linens. Crib & high chair included for families.



Towels Policy

• Bath towels are provided for indoor bathroom use only

• Pool towels at the home are for private pool use only

• For the clubhouse pool, water park, beach, or off-site locations, please bring your own towels



🎡 Resort Amenities

Access to clubhouse pool, slides, gym, tennis, basketball, and playgrounds. Guest names (18+) must be provided before arrival for gate access. Resort pass sharing not allowed.



🏡 House Guidelines

No pets allowed

No smoking inside the home

No parties or large events

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (resort enforced)

The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to book and stay



🅿️ Parking Policy – Windsor Hills

• A maximum of three (3) vehicles are permitted per reservation.

• Please park in the driveway. No street or grass parking.

• If you have a third vehicle, it may be parked in the space between the sidewalk and the road, ensuring the sidewalk remains clear and the vehicle does not protrude into the street.

• Overnight street parking elsewhere in the community is not allowed.

Before arrival, please provide the details (full name and license plate) of up to three drivers who will be parking on the property. Thank you for your cooperation, and enjoy your stay!
