This spacious house has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, providing plenty of room for large families or groups. The living areas are open and inviting, with comfortable seating, large TV, and space to gather. Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and everything you need for meal prep.

Outside, enjoy the private pool—perfect for relaxing mornings or sunset dips. If you’d like it heated (pool and/or jacuzzi), we offer this service for an additional US$ 55 per day, but you’ll need to let us know at least 24 hours prior to check-in. No outdoor BBQ grill is available.

Located at 1436 Rolling Fairway Dr, Davenport, FL 33896, you’ll be just 15-30 minutes from world-famous theme parks like Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. Davenport is about 17 miles from Disney, and Universal is typically 35-40 minutes by car

You have full access to the entire house except the garage.

There is a closet on the 1st floor with owner’s items that will remain locked / inaccessible.

Access to the Oasis Clubhouse is included, provided you send names of all guests in advance.

I’m available via message / app to answer questions, provide check-in/check-out instructions, local tips, etc. I won’t be physically present during the entire stay, but I ensure quick remote support whenever needed.

ChampionsGate is highly sought-after for its balance between proximity to major attractions and peaceful surroundings. Upscale houses, well-kept landscaping, proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, shopping outlets, and convenience stores make it practical. The area offers a resort-like feel.
