Windsor Island Resort is a gated community in Davenport, perfectly located with easy access to outlets, restaurants, and supermarkets, ensuring a comfortable stay for our guests. We do our best to make this place spotless clean and cozy guaranteeing a truly magical experience.

As you enter, be prepared to be wowed by our modern, spacious, and fully-equipped kitchen that anticipates your every dining need. From a double-sided fridge to a Drip Coffee Maker, we have thought of everything. Feel free to unwind in our amazing and spacious living room, perfect for family gatherings and relaxation after a day of adventure. The bedrooms are a haven of elegance and style, featuring a TV each and high-quality mattresses to ensure a restful night`s sleep. Located downstairs, the first bedroom shares a bathroom with a common area, making it ideal for those with mobility difficulties.

Upstairs, enter the pipes and dive into an adventure in our huge and cozy Super Mario Bros living room, with iconic characters and funny ambiance that is perfect to relax after a long day of fun. Opt for a night`s rest in the Harry Potter room, transporting you straight to Platform 9 ¾ (where only wizards can see) adorned with magical decor and enchanting details that evoke the atmosphere of Hogwarts, or embark on an enchanting journey into the heart of Gru`s playful universe in our `Despicable Me` themed-bedroom, where everyone will create unforgettable memories during a stay filled with laughter, joy, and delightful dreams.

The entire home is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay!

The house is located at Windsor Island Resort.
Club facilities include: Sundries store, spa, water slide, children’s splash pad, outdoor sport courts, heated resort pool, lazy river, Pool-side lounge chairs, fully equipped gym/fitness center, Restaurant/Bar, Mini Golf course, game room, café & ice cream shop. This place enjoys a prime location that is close to theme and water parks, shopping outlets, restaurants, supermarkets, music venues, and many tourist attractions.
Guests can also enjoy natural attractions, adventure sports and much more, ensuring themselves and their family of an unforgettable, entertainment-filled vacation.

Guests are allowed to park up to 3 cars per reservation. You may use the parking spaces marked with white lines in front of the house.

INCLUDED ON YOUR STAY: Experience the comfort of our premium bed linens, towels, and pool towels - each freshly laundered and sourced from a top-tier external laundry service. We pride ourselves on providing pristine, high-quality essentials for your utmost comfort and satisfaction. Enjoy the convenience of FREE Wi-Fi, FREE parking, and on-site laundry facilities equipped with washer and dryer ready to use. Your comfort is our priority, and we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience during your stay.

WELCOME PACKAGE: We provide a starter kit as a courtesy for your first day. Our starter kit contains:

-1 Dishwasher soap
-1 Paper towel roll
-1 Extra trash bag
*Please note that we do not offer washcloths, considering them very personal items. We recommend that you and your guests bring any additional items for an even more enjoyable trip!

POOL HEATING: USD $50.00/day. The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (24 hours) to your arrival.

Disclaimer:
No specific pool temperature is guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter general when days are short, pool heaters may struggle or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer.

Without optional pool heat pool temperatures can go down to 52 to 60°F in December to March depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during or after Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.

Unfortunately, we are unable to activate/deactivate pool heater on short notices or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service.

We reserve the right to make pool heat unavailable at any time for maintenance or repairs. In case of a technical malfunction, we will refund the pool heat charge for the time the heating service was not available to you. No further credit will be given if pool equipment fails or is unavailable for any reason.

HOUSEKEEPING: Although there is no daily housekeeping, the unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before your check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee. Your comfort is our priority!

ONLINE SHOPPING: You can shop online during your stay but some delivery services may not accommodate deliveries to vacation resorts. Please contact us before placing orders.
