The guest have access to the whole property, except one small storage room for cleaner use. We are using the garage for storage. Please use the area outside the garage for your private parking.

International Dr is one of the most lively street in Orlando, Vista Cay is located in the street. This street has lots of restaurants, bars, parks and so on. Walgreen, beauty salon, and beer bar with a full-size Public Grocery Store adjacent to the Vista Cay Resort. Drive Times to your favorite attractions and POIs: *15mins drive from the Airport(all highway) *15mins to Disney (all highway) *9mins to Universal and Island of Adventure (straight down Universal Blvd) *5mins to Sea World (You can see the fireworks from this Resort) 3mins to the North/South Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center. 50mins to the nearest beach, Cocoa Beach (all highway) 10mins to Both Prime Outlet Malls in Either Direction
NO Smoking inside the property! You can smoke on the balcony if the home come with one.
NO pet in our property! We love pets too but pets will result much more cleaning work to meet our cleaning standard.

Great location for us - we attended a trade show at the convention center. The house was clean, the host communicated well and the furnishings looked great. The kitchen had every appliance we could have ever needed. Great place to stay!

Place is beautiful and in an excellent location for Epic and the other Universal Resort parks. The pictures are a perfect representation of what this apartment actually looks like. It has been beautifully renovated. Rooms were perfect for our group, two couples and 2 singles. I wish we made time to enjoy the pool but sadly we didn’t. The only concern is the dining room chairs are a little finicky with broken pieces. But otherwise this place is amazing. Will look for it again if we come back.

Great property in perfect location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was perfect for us, some minor maintenance updates to make in the house but nothing unexpected. The location is great for everything in Orlando, the communication with the host and check-in instructions were great and we would definitely come again and recommend to anyone.

Great townhome, need to stay on top of maintenance

Just about everything with the property was fantastic. It's modern, clean, has all the amenities you need. The Door lock battery died. The owner responded quickly to remedy the issue, but we had to sit outside in the 90 degree humid weather after a long day at the volleyball tournament. The next day, the AC stopped working and it was hot in the house. Again they responded quickly and had an AC repair guy over in about 2-3 hours. Essentially things were just really dirty and the filter I saw that was replaced was black. A little preventative maintenance will go a long way. Regardless, we still really enjoyed the stay!

Great stay!

We came for AAU National’s in volleyball. Being next door to the convention center was so convenient and we were able to walk back and forth when time allowed. The townhome was laid out well so everyone was able to have their space. Kitchen was stocked well and a few small meals were cooked there. The unit is walkable to grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. Will stay here again!

Perfect place for work and play

Incredibly clean and modern home. Kitchen and bathroom amenities are above and beyond the typical. I've stayed in a few places at Vista Cay but this is definitely the best!

Best experience ever

Danna made this stay one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. Because of a medical emergency with my wife - i needed flexible accommodations. Danna - worked with me and allowed me to focus on the most important thing at the time and that was my wife. Her responsiveness and flexibility made this experience much easier to handle. Great week at Universal

We have stayed at Vista Cay before and love its convenience to Universal. Everything was very clean and updated, looked very nice. There are a LOT of stairs (9 ft ceilings, three levels) so be aware. I would have appreciated more kitchenwares, including trivets, a dish brush (the one in the unit is a bottle brush and not very efficient), more than one oven mitt, more spoons and bowls (if it sleeps up to eight there should be at least eight) and baking dishes... The number one reason we stay at vacation rentals instead of hotels is the kitchen, so we can eat healthier food at home.. Also the living room chairs are TERRIBLE. No back to the black ones and the sand colored ones just collapse when you sit on them. Kitchen chairs are uncomfortable, you can't really lean against the chair back. Stools on the island are too tall and can't scoot under the overhang if you're sitting on one, and they're flimsy. For comfort's sake, please update the sitting accomodations. However, most people don't spend a ton of time in the rental, and the beds and the bathrooms were just great... Well stocked and everything we needed.
