Upon entering the property, guests will find a spacious open area featuring a dining-living room and a fully equipped modern kitchen with an island and stools. The decor combines modern lines with black, gray, white, and yellow accents, creating a breezy and welcoming atmosphere. Glass sliding doors lead to a private patio and pool, offering a perfect spot to relax and have fun after a day filled with activities.



The accommodation includes four beautifully decorated bedrooms. The ground floor features a bedroom with a QueenSize bed and a shared full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, offering a front-facing view of the home. Upstairs, the Master bedroom boasts a KingSize bed and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub. The third bedroom has two FullSize beds, while the fourth bedroom features a QueenSize bed. Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.



We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.



We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

Overall good place

The location is very good, the community pool and the amenities were amazing. Only downside was that the floors were filthy, extremely dirty, looked like no one has cleaned in months. Requested for a mop and they didn’t respond for 2 days and requested again, they replied but never got the mop! Had to clean them by hand evey day so kids don’t have extremely dirty feet.

Nice place, great amenities but unable to resolve issues with rental

Nice place and location. Kids enjoyed the amenities. Had issues with master shower not working (was resolved on 4th day). Fridge broken and was not supplying water / ice. Washer and dryer closet door was missing and staples were sticking out of stairs which my kids stepped on.

Beautiful & clean but lacking necessities and management company difficult

The house was exactly as pictured. It was very clean/new . Easy parking, roomy, and community is definitely great. But I would not rent his condo again or use the 3rd party booking company again either for the following reasons. The condo was missing numerous basic rental vacation home necessities that have always been standard when I've rented vacation homes before. Not included/missing: Clothes hangers (not 1 hanger in any of the closets). Cookie sheet Wash clothes (there were basic bath & hand towels) Pot holders Measuring Cup Measuring Spoons Chip/Salad bowl (there was one small-med sized bowl - besides cereal bowls). One of the whole points of renting a house instead of a hotel on vacation is so that you can prepare & cook a basic dinner verse eating out. We cooked one meal, tacos, and it was definitely a challenge missing so many standard kitchen items. Additionally the coffee maker did not work. I did report it to the management company but the did nothing. The "Replace Filter" light is on for the water on the refrigerator. Also reported with nothing done. There was also very clear instructions to take out all the garbage upon check out yet the kitchen trash can didn't even contain 1 bag upon check in. I will say when we reported that, they did come and give us 1 trash bag. Additionally, the management company, was not easy to work with. Communication is solely email plus other little nuances that have convinced me to stick with another vacation property site going forward. I have great credit, working professional and have rented vacation home many, many times and I felt like I was jumping through hoops and dealing with a clear language barrier (with whomever was on the other side of my emails). The whole process was frustrating. I think if the home owner could provide these missing basic items and switched management companies - then I would endorse renting this property. (P.S. I was asked to remove the names of the community and management company in order to have my review approved).

Nice Place Overall

The property was new and clean. Had a bit of new paint smell, but not to bad. The pool is small but the property does have a larger pool you can visit. We enjoyed our stay there and overall a very nice place to stay. The only downside was that across the street they are building new houses. The construction is loud (starting around 6:30-7:00 am) and the trash left by them was an eyesore. Luckily it looks like they are getting close to finishing so may not affect your stay.
