Good experience. Plenty of towels and beds were comfy. It's a little stuffy upstairs and we ended up buying a fan. The pool light dial did not work so we couldn't swim at night. The garbage disposal went out and caused an issue with the dishwasher. The property manager let us know he would send someone the next business day because it was Sunday. They were very friendly and answered on a weekend. Plenty of dishes and cook ware. Walmart and Aldi are right around the corner for grocery needs. Beware when parking. The neighborhood is very strict on cars blocking the sidewalk. Our car was only over the line by 6inches and it was towed. When arriving at the tow yard, there were several people from the neighborhood waiting to collect their cars.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing home. The location was great. Travel to the parks was pretty easy. There is a Walmart super close. Medieval Times is also close. The master bath shower was great. Having thick hair always makes shower pressure very important for washing hair and it was great. The master bed was also super comfy. I can't speak of the other beds since I didn't sleep in them :-) We had such a wonderful trip we are all ready to go back already. The pool was great too. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Our family was so impressed by this property and the cleanliness. We wanted to just get away after a long winter and have a nice pool/Lani to relax out on and watch the kids swim. It was exactly that! We had such a wonderful week, close to Disney and Shopping. We will be back and choose this same place!

Great value for money

My family and I have stayed in Bella Vida a few times and have always enjoyed ourselves. But this stay was incredible, the house was beautiful and well maintained, secured and the host was very efficient and honestly communicated with the assistance we needed for a few minor issues. We will DEFINITELY be back.

Overall good with one exception

The house was clean and accommodated 7 of us. We loved the fact that it had a bathroom for every bedroom IT met our needs. The property managers were very responsive and we enjoyed the fact that there was a club house with a pool and jacuzzi. The house had a pool with a jacuzzi but you had to pay $25/day to heat the pool and if you don’t heat the pool, the jacuzzi does not get warm.. The rooms are smaller than the pictures indicate. The biggest drawback we have about the house is that the thermostats would not let us lower them below 74 degrees and at the end of June in Orlando in an upstairs bedroom, it gets warm at night. They should allow it to go as low as 70 degrees.
