* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
* Small hand soaps in each bathroom
* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 5 miles (Publix, Aldi, Walmart)
* In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list above - especially extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.

POOL and SPA/HOT TUB is $35 per day should be on for the duration of the stay.
Everyone loves the pool area! Take advantage of the private pool and spa/hot tub. Relax on the sun loungers, or enjoy al fresco dining.

* Pool heat and spa is set to 90 F
* Pool heat timer runs from 10am - 8pm.

It may take 24 hrs+ for the pool to heat up or cool down.
Please note the pool pumps have a safety mechanism to prevent
overheating during cold weather conditions, when working. This
leads to a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump
can regain its functionality in a safe and efficient manner.
Please note the pool heater works via HEAT EXCHANGE system and might
not function properly with weather nearing freezing temperatures.

BBQ Rental is $75 for the stay, comes with a full tank of gas, should be requested and paid before arrival

We reserve the right to require all adult guests to provide identification

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The house maximum occupancy is per stated in the ad.
Guests exceeding maximum occupancy or reservation amount (number of
individuals listed in the reservation) will have their reservation
terminated immediately and incur in an additional charge of $50 / day
per Individual not disclosed in the reservation.

PARKING: There is no garage parking available. Driveway parking
available. No parking on the grass or walkway

Check in: 4 pm.
Early check-ins (when possible): Must always be authorized by Host.
Official check-in time is 4 pm. Unauthorized early check-ins will
result in $200 fine.

Check out: 10 am.
Late check-out (when possible): Must always be authorized by Host.
Official check-out time is 10 am. Unauthorized late check-outs will
result in a $100 fine for delay inside the first hour after official
check-out time.


HOUSE RULES:
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Noncompliance will result in immediate termination of the reservation, without refund and eviction process will immediately commence. Furthermore, there will be an additional charge of $150 per day per unauthorized Guest that is detected.

- NO SMOKING
You can't smoke inside the house or open the windows. In case of non-compliance, a $300 fine will be charged.

- NO PETS
We do not allow pet and the default carries a fine of $ 300.
