Welcome to 3121 PDC #308 Located in Storey Lake Resort!

This third floor, spacious end unit condo has an open floor plan that blends the kitchen, dining room and living room together seamlessly. Using modern furnishings, we have designed this condo to ensure our guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay. Whether it's relaxing on your patio with a cup of coffee or enjoying a home cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen, this home was made for your vacationing needs. With a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a Disney themed bedroom, there is something sure to please everyone.

Though you may never want to leave the home, another perk you receive with your vacation is full access to Storey Lake Resorts Hideaway Club. The Hideaway Club offers our guests, free of charge, access to its large pool, spa, two water slides, lazy river, children's splash pad, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and a fitness center with machines and free weights.

One of the best reasons to choose our home? Location, Location, Location! Those who are coming to the area to visit Walt Disney World, Storey Lake is just a five minute straight shot down Osceola Parkway to Walt Disney World Property. No traffic, no tolls, and no I-4!

Why Choose Us?

- Our property managers have been in the vacation rental industry for a combined 25 plus years. We understand the wants and needs of our guests and are driven to provide all our guests with a memorable experience. Your overall satisfaction is our top priority.

- We live in Storey Lake Resort! Being on site allows us to respond within minutes of you messaging us. Even though we do all in our power to ensure you have a trouble-free stay, things do happen. If something does go wrong, we can correct it quickly. We find the solution and get it remedied as soon as possible.

- Each property is inspected two separate times. When the clean is completed, our cleaning vendor owners inspect their team's work. Then our property managers inspect and stage the property personally. We do not outsource this important step to vendors or staff.

- When you arrive, you will find a Committed to Clean Sheet in the kitchen dated and signed by our cleaning vendor inspector. We treat each home prior to your arrival with a sanitizing spray that kills 99.9% of all viruses including COVID-19. We are committed to providing every guest with a professionally cleaned and sanitized home.

- All our towels and linens are washed in our private laundry facility. We do not outsource this crucial part of your stay. We use industry leading Ecolab products to wash and sanitize all towels and linens. We also change all duvet covers in between each stay.

- Your safety and privacy are important to us. All our properties use smart locks that only allow access to you during your reservation time. For anyone to access the property during your reservation it must be approved by you, the guest. All our homes also have Ring doorbell cameras near the front door of the home. There are no other cameras on property.

- Unlike most hosts or management companies, we don't ask you to “Clean” when you depart. No stripping beds, no starting laundry, no doing dishes, and no emptying refrigerators and freezers! We handle all of this for you. All we ask is that you place your trash out for the valet to pick-up, turn off all lights and TV's and lock the patio and front doors. That's it, simple and easy. Remember, even though you are departing you are still on vacation.

Storey Lake Resort
Storey Lake Resort is a gated vacation rental community with over 1,200 units. All the units in the resort are vacation rentals and are all individually owned and operated. The resort amenities are managed by the communities HOA and have no other affiliations with the owners of the units.

Storey Lake Resort has a 10 pm quiet time and we ask our guests to adhere to this policy. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Noncompliance of this policy could lead to immediate termination of rental agreement with no refund provided.
Storey Lake Resort does not allow boats, RVs, or trailers to be parked or stored on the resort property at any time. If they find guests to have a boat, RV, or trailer, they will tow it at the cost of the owner.

This means it can get very busy and crowded at times. Parking is also at a minimum, so we recommend using the free golf cart shuttles or walking to The Hideaway Club when possible.

General Property Information

- This property has a Maximum Occupancy of 8 guests. This includes infants. We will decline any reservations showing more than the maximum number of guests with infants counting towards the number. Insurance in Florida is difficult to find and keep, so at no time can the number of people at the property exceed this maximum number provided.

- Must be 25 years of age to rent this property. Please do not inquire if you are not at least 25 at the time of booking. Our insurance company mandates that the main guest on the reservation be at least 25 years of age or older. We will decline/cancel any reservation that does not meet this criterion.
- This unit is a Non-Smoking unit. We allow smoking in the outside areas, such as the back patios, but guest is required to use a proper ashtray and not bowls, cups, or any other utensil from the property's kitchen. Anyone found to have smoked or vaped in the unit or leaves cigarette butts or ashes on outside areas will be charged a $250 fee.

Things I was concerned/curious about before the stay so I'm sharing here:Parking - just like an apartment, there were plenty of spaces and we could park near the stairs or elevator. Easy!Elevator - worked great our entire stay, it's just down the hall so getting up/down with a stroller, groceries, carrying a baby was no big deal.Pack-n-play, high chair, stroller - all in the unit, clean and quality equipment.Noise - we never heard noise from any other units, it was very peaceful.Beds/linens - all comfortable and cozy, we slept great!Cleanliness - very clean. Supplies - one kitchen towel and sponge for a 5 night stay was a challenge, and the one roll of paper towels was cheap quality. Simple solution: bought quality paper towels at Target and used them liberally. 2 dishwasher pods were provided and 2 laundry pods. Bring your own if you wash more frequently. Groceries - there's a Target and Publix within 5 mins.Gate access - we had no issue with the QR code or the gate working, we got in and easily every time.We'll likely be back to Disney for a cheer comp next year and will absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The condo is just as pictured, but even larger than expected. The lazy river waterpark/club is wonderful. They hosted a memorable spray bubble foam Easter egg hunt that was such fun for the kids! Our 8 year old liked her time there more than Disney. Great location and lots of room in the condo

This condo was located in a great area! Not too far from the parks but it was nice to leave and get away from the crowds once we left. The condo was very spacious and we had lots of room to unwind. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by as well. Overall the place was clean but it could use a deep clean to get some stuff that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile.

Sengene var gode og det var supert at det var mulig å få god varme på kalde januar dager.Masse plass til oppbevaring, savnet kun knagger på bad.Veranda bar preg av å ha stått urørt en stund, med mye rusk på puter og gulv, men ikke krise.God kontakt med utleier og rask til å svare.Leiligheten ligger nær parker og har et fint felles basseng område.Savner støvsuger og bedre system for resirkulering.Takk for supert opphold!

The location was perfect for us to attend a family wedding and parks - universal and disney. We had 2 pool days and the pool facility was great for those days. Someone wrote how far away it was but we had no problem walking. Maybe if you had littles you might want to drive..

Amazing Stay Close to Disney and Universal!

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! The house was not only stunning but also well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable—just about 15 minutes to the Disney parks and 20 minutes to Universal, which made our park days super convenient. Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in process was seamless thanks to the thorough instructions and information provided. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay near the parks!

Amazing property for Disney and Universal

Clean and spacious three bed, two bath located approx 20 minutes from both Disney and Universal. Three pools including one with water slides, lazy river, basketball court, and cabanas. The bathrooms and kitchen in the condo were enormous and the bedding was very cozy. Great AC, lots of towels, washer and dryer, and there is a Pubix grocery store right across the street. Host was amazing and provided a gate QR code which was worth it's wait in gold as we didn't have to wait in the incredibly long line to check in. Highly recommend.

We would definitely stay here again. The space was very clean, check in was just as explained by the host, and the place had everything we needed. We didn’t cook much, but we were able to do a load of laundry and enjoy the amenities at the clubhouse. Great pool area and even had a volleyball net.
