Beautiful, newly built, and very well-decorated house with 4 bedrooms, including two themed rooms (one Disney Castle and the other Toy Story), 3 bathrooms, pool, and barbecue. The house is spread over two floors as follows:

1st Floor
Spacious living room with sofa, 65-inch smart TV, dining room with a table for 6 chairs, fully equipped kitchen (cutlery, pots, all utensils, etc.) integrated with the living room with a large counter and 4 chairs. One bedroom with a king-size bed and smart TV, full bathroom, patio with pool (optional heating), barbecue, table with 4 chairs, sun loungers, sofas with a side table, and ceiling fan. The patio area offers privacy.

2nd Floor
There are 3 bedrooms:

Master Suite: King-size bed, smart TV, full bathroom, and walk-in closet.
Disney Castle Themed Room: One full-size bed and one twin-size bed, smart TV.
Toy Story Themed Room: A bunk bed with a full-size bed and two twin-size beds, smart TV.
A bathroom serves the two themed rooms. Complete laundry with washer and dryer. The house accommodates 11 guests.

OTHER NOTES:

* The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. In the kitchen 2 bag and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and a paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues.
I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing.
** In all bathrooms we leave bath towels, hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate. All beds have sheets, duvets and pillows.
***  We do not replace bed linen and towels during the guests' stay, all of our houses have a washing machine and dryer.

POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity thats offered to most of the properties available. It can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $35 USD with a minimum of 3 consecutive days with 2 days request in advance (before arrival). Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 85F - 90F. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 3 PM will be turned on on the following day and that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. NO REFUNDS will be given due to incremental weather.
Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.)

Propane Gas only Grill Rules: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of $65.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
- You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
- If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.

If you want to request a crib, always request it 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

If the guest checks in after 11.00 pm, he will have to contact us and let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements for the check-in.
