Profitez de vos prochaines vacances dans cette villa de 5 chambres et 4 salles de bains avec piscine privée située dans le prestigieux quartier d'Indian Creek. Cette élégante maison de vacances à Orlando, entièrement climatisée, convient parfaitement aux groupes familiaux et peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Cette villa a le statut d’être sur l’une des communautés résidentielles les plus proches de Walt Disney World, à seulement 3 miles des portes avant. Situé sur une aire de conservation, vous n’aurez pas à craindre d’être négligé au bord de la piscine car il est entouré d’arbres.

Notre plan d'étage ouvert permet à tout le monde d'être ensemble. Les murs accentués dans toute la maison lui donnent une touche spéciale.

Le salon accueillant et ensoleillé vous offre des sièges en cuir confortables avec deux (2) canapés, deux (2) fauteuils, ainsi qu’une télévision à écran plat Smart 4K de 65 pouces avec câble, Netflix et une console Xbox One S. Le téléviseur est connecté à une barre de son et à un subwoofer, afin de donner une expérience audio améliorée. L'accès à la piscine privée se fait à une porte du salon. Vous pouvez profiter de chaque journée ensoleillée en plein air dans votre piscine et votre bain à remous privés, avec une terrasse pour six (6) et deux (2) chaises longues.

Le coin cuisine peut accueillir six (6) personnes et des sièges supplémentaires pour deux (2) personnes au bar du petit-déjeuner. Il y a aussi une table supplémentaire pour six (6) disponible à côté de la cuisine. La cuisine moderne dispose de beaux appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et est entièrement équipée pour vos besoins de cuisson.

Une chaise haute, des poussettes et un Pack N 'Play sont fournis.

Dans la salle de jeux, vous trouverez une table de billard, un babyfoot et un hockey sur air.

House was as described in the advertisement which was great! We didn’t have this experience when we used another companies rental service over the summer and it was a horrible experience, thankful for the detailed description and photos. Overall the property was nice. The pool heat was intermittent but I realize keeping the heat in the pool can be difficult with lower overnight temps. The hosts were responsive, the unit was mostly clean on arrival, and bare minimum items were included. This could go from a 4 star stay to a 5 star stay with basic improvements (better toilet paper, nicer/more bath towels, a second roll of paper towels, etc). For the price we were overall satisfied.

This isn’t our first stay at this property. We come to it because it’s always clean and comfortable. A great location that’s close to the attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. As a bonus, the pool backs up to woods, so you have extra privacy.Heat the hot tub, it’s worth it!

We have visited Disney World on 4 other trips and this was our favourite home to stay in. Fantastic location and only a short drive to the parks. It was clean, lots of space and had great privacy in the backyard pool area. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone.

Clean and close to Disney!

This house was PERFECT for our two families to stay while we enjoyed the Disney parks. It was a short drive each morning and then the kids loved swimming in the pool when we got home. The house is gorgeous- perfectly appointed and the kids adored their Disney-decorated rooms and bathrooms. Thank you for a fabulous vacation!

Great Property

10 of us decided to do a week long Disney vacation. This property was close by to all the Disney parks. The decor inside got the 4 children excited to set up shop on where to sleep. Girls loved the princess rooms and the only boy enjoyed the Star Wars room. The owner’s was very quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had. Would definitely stay here again for another trip.

Maggie and Kris were great! They were extremely accommodating. The family all agrees that we absolutely would rent this home again! Our stay was for 10 days. The home is exactly as pictured and very clean. We chose to heat the pool as the temperature in the pool was 75 degrees. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. Great stay

This house had a great layout in the kitchen, eating and living room areas. Plus ample sized bedrooms and bathrooms. We had 7 adults and 2 teenagers in our group and were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a slow cooker, a couple coffee pots and a blender. However, the knives needed sharpening and the can opener wasn’t the best. We could have used a bigger bowl and a bigger pot. But we managed quite well with what was provided. One of the beds was very firm and one quite soft. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed at the property with family for a sporting event. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was great. Close to all attractions. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies - much better than many other past rentals. Layout was excellent - one story with the bedrooms spaced nicely. We had 7 adults and never felt like we were on top of one another. One suggestion for the property manager would be to provide more than one extra kitchen trash bag, more than one dish soap pod and pump hand soap for the kitchen and bathrooms. These are low expense items and make a huge difference to your renter. Very positive experience overall!

Home away from home

This house is beautiful and spacious!!! The rooms were themed and the kids loved it!! They also loved the pool which changes colors!!! I highly suggest getting the pool heated if anyone plans on going in at night, the water can be a bit cold. The game room was perfect for a couple of drinks and billards when the kids were alseep. They also enjoyed the air hockey. This home was literally 15 mins from everything!!! Disneyworld, seaworld you name it just 15 min away. Maggie and Kris answered all our questions we had and made sure our stay was perfect. Their response time was incredible, they responded quickly and didn't have us waiting. Overall my family and I enjoyed this beautiful home and we'll definitely be staying here again!!!

As a first time vrbo user things definitely didn't go to plan! Arrived very late at night after 16 plus hours driving. Only to arrive to the heat on in the house and the thermostat was locked, hairs all on stove, remote and other things broken, mattresses had mold stains and crumbs and tons of hairs on them, ceiling lights blown out and not working. We made host aware of issue, and they only responded back to the air/heat situation. We came back the second night after having a full day in Disney only to find ants (ALOT) in every bathroom and crawling into the bedrooms. We immediately messaged the host and even called the phone number provided and received no reply. We stayed up until 2 am cleaning and killing ants. Their response the next day was we could vacate the property by 10 am and we could receive a refund for the rest of our trip. That was on February 9th it is now the 18th and they have not responded and we have still not received our refund. There is much more to this story but unfortunately, I only have so much space to write! Communication was horrible, the cleanliness was by far not what it should be, the lack of effort to remedy the situation was disappointing to say the least, and having to take a family of 6 packed up and find somewhere else to stay was not we had hoped for our family vacation! 10/10 don't recommend!

Perfect Property

We just completed a two week stay and couldn’t be happier with the property and our entire experience. The home is exactly as pictured, immaculately clean, and fully stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen. We even baked brownies for my husband’s birthday and had everything we needed. Although we came prepared with our own household supplies (TP, PT, hand soap, etc), we were pleasantly surprised to have many items stocked. Note: this may have been from prior renters. There was ample space to spread out and although we had 9 people at one time, everyone felt they had their own space. There is plenty of seating in the kitchen/dining areas, as well as the living room. The pool is perfectly sized and the jacuzzi was lovely after long days in the parks. We chose to not have it heated in July and the temperature was cool and refreshing. The location was ideal, tucked into a quiet neighborhood and backing to trees. There was no noise at all. Maggie and Kris provided prompt communication over the last year throughout our planning process and were extremely accommodating with questions and changes to our guest list. We absolutely would rent this home again! Thank you for a simply wonderful stay. We were very sad to leave!

What an amazing villa!!! We stayed for four weeks and this villa was perfect for us. There was five bedrooms so we had a lot of space and the layout of the villa was really good. The kitchen, diner, living room all open plan which we really liked. Everything was modern and good quality. The pool was so much fun, very clean and lots of floats etc. There was plenty of furniture around the pool to sit and enjoy the sunshine. The pool man came once a week to check it over and make sure everything was ok. All of the bedrooms were of a good size and the beds were super comfy with plenty of spare sheets and blankets if needed. There was a full cupboard of spare towels/flannels and a basket full of pool towels as well. The owners had thought of everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked with a huge amount of plates, bowls, cutlery, cups, glasses and cooking equipment . There was a small amount of items to get us going including toilet rolls, tissues, kitchen rolls, wash powder, binbags, cling film. We had so much fun in the games room, playing pool, air hockey and table football. The villa was very close to Disney (3Miles) so took around 15 minutes to get to Disney if the traffic was good. We were close to so many different restaurant's and Walmart was just around the corner so this made it very easy to stop off somewhere on the way home. The owners were very quick to respond to any messages I sent and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

The layout of the home was very adequate for a family of 6. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking if you need too. The only issue we had was the bathroom in between the 2 bedrooms was dirty. The bathroom mats wreaked of urine and vomit. The host reached out to the property manager to rectify the situation. All they did was pick up the bathroom mats. They didn't clean the bathroom. The urine smell was so strong. Also, we couldn't find all the towels or wash clothes. I finally located them still in the dryer.
