Disney Magic is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom FIRST floor condo in block number 2 of Windsor Hills. This floor plan is extremely spacious with 1390 sq ft of living area to enjoy which provides plenty of room to relax, while the resort amenities provide a host of options for those who are more energetic!

Located less than a 2 minute walk from the main clubhouse and pool area, complete with a superb water park, Disney Magic provides an enjoyable view of some of the resort amenities which can be enjoyed from your private patio. As you would expect, this lovely condo also comes extremely well equipped.

A little more room is always a good thing for a family on vacation, but Disney Magic still has a relaxing feel to it, which probably comes from the soothing pastel shades chosen to decorate the condo. The tasteful furnishings, the amount of thought that has gone into preparing the home, and the Cars themed bedroom that kids will really love, all combine to make this lovely condo an ideal choice for a family vacation.

Disney Magic sleeps 6 people comfortably, and this is where the extra living space really does come into play. The bedrooms consist of not one, but TWO King size bedrooms, one of which is a Master with full en-suite facilities. This is a quite unique bed configuration, and one which will surely appeal to families perhaps traveling together.

A Cars themed twin room is bound to be a hit with the kids too, and rounds off an impressive option when it comes to sleeping and relaxing. The twin and second King share the second full bathroom, which houses a bathtub too. We should also at this point add that all towels and linens are provided for your stay, another great feature offered in your home from home.

Disney Magic also boasts a compact kitchen, spacious living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Please note that all appliances are new as of 2025. The main living area features a large 55" flat screen television, perfect for watching a family movie, and with an upgraded cable package too, there are plenty of those available.

*Every room has a wall mounted TV, 32" in all the bedrooms, and please note that the condominium also has high speed wireless Internet access, which is offered complimentary to all our guests. High speed wireless Internet access is also complimentary when you relax by the pool and waterslides.

After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. With all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too, and a dining area with ample seating for 6, everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal.

A patio door from the living area leads onto a small balcony furnished with a table and chairs, which faces West and sees the sun until late in the evening. It is a great place to just sit and relax and perhaps plan your next magical adventure over dinner.

Windsor Hills Resort

Windsor Hills is a beautiful, family-friendly, gated resort community in Kissimmee, Florida (south of Orlando). Situated only two miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, it’s located within easy reach of most of Orlando's top attractions. The Windsor Hills villas each have private, screened-in pools in addition to the fabulous community pool and kids’ water park. This secure, 24/7 guarded community has everything and more for your family vacation.

Some of Windsor Hills’ notable features include a luxurious zero-entry pool, water park with fountains and water slides, a hot tub/spa, and a toddler splash pad. There are plenty of recreational areas, including tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts for everyone. There’s even a putting green! Windsor Hills also features multiple playgrounds for the children, including a large castle-style playground.

The enormous Windsor Hills clubhouse overlooks the double Olympic-sized swimming pool and houses billiards tables, a video game area, a marketplace with grill, a fitness room with top of the line fitness equipment, a high definition surround sound movie theater, and other outdoor recreational activities. All Windsor Hills vacation rentals are located less than 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, just one mile from the attraction-packed Highway 192, less than a mile from a Walmart Supercenter and gas station, about 2.5 miles from I-4, and 10 minutes from Celebration, the community designed and built by Disney. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

Universal Orlando Resort is about 21 minutes away, and Sea World about 19 minutes, traffic permitting. Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral is just over an hour away. In the other direction, Clearwater Beach is about an hour and a half drive.

There are several golf courses within easy reach, including Mystic Dunes, a 72-par public course designed by Champions Tour Player and NBC Golf Analyst Gary Koch. It’s literally a five minute walk away. Legends course at Orange Lake (5 minute drive) and the beautiful course at Celebration (15 minute drive) are also nearby.

Early check in and late check out may be available for an additional fee if the home allows. Please ask for further details.

* We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are planning to stay within the next 30 days then full payment will be due at the time of booking to secure the home.

* Guests are not required to check in at our office in Celebration. You will be going straight to the property on arrival, and using a unique access code to gain entry. Your arrival pack, sent 3-5 days prior to arrival will have all this information, as well as the address, directions, and internet password for the property.

* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, toilet tissue, shampoo, detergent and dishwasher tablets, but guests are expected to replenish them during their stay.
