Welcome to our completely remodeled four bedroom, three bath villa, less then five miles to Disney World, and only a short drive to Universal, Sea World, and other local attractions.

This home is in one of the closets neighborhoods to Disney, you can even see Epcot's fireworks light-up the night's sky around the villa due to the home's proximity to the park.

This 1,700 sqft villa has been upgraded and renovated.
The space
New flooring through out the house, granite countertops in all bathrooms and kitchen, brand new stainless steel appliances and small appliances such as Mixer, Keurig coffee maker, Kettle, toaster.

Single-story villa and handicapped accessible.

Our professional cleaning team follows the latest CDC recommendations prior to your arrival, ensuring a safe and healthy stay.

3 king size beds and 2 twin beds accommodates up to 8 guests.

Private pool with covered lanai and pool towels.

The pool is accessible through 2 huge sliding doors and 1 single door.

Pool heater It is optional and extra charged, $50 per day. The pool heater is optional at an additional fee of 50 per day and should be requested for your full stay prior to your check-in date. Pool heater is recommended from October through April.

Removable pool safety fence.

The kitchen is fully equipped with small appliances, pans and dinner wear.

Grill can be booked by guest through a 3rd party company.

There is a 86" screen TV in the living room

Beautiful home. Plenty of towels. Comfortable accomodations, well equipped kitchen. Lovely pool. Confusing check in. Minor problems such as running out of toilet paper, trash bags and almost paper towels. Keurig needed to be held closed to work. Lamps on end tables in master bedroom did not work. Light above toilet in master bedroom did not come on. Toaster push down button on right was defective. Oven did not turn on. I am mentioning this because the host may not have been told about these things before.

The host was very welcoming. But we were not told until we showed up that heating the pool was an extra 50 a day. That was a disappointment for our whole party as we didn't use it the whole time we were there. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. Some outlets didn';t work. One shower didn't drain and one shower had no water pressure.

This home was in a quiet neighborhood and it was very clean. It's a little further from the theme parks than some of the other neighborhoods but we enjoyed being away from the traffic and noise for only a few extra minutes in the car. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of towels available. The host started us with supplies which was amazing as we traveled on a Holiday and stores were closed. Hand soap at all of the sinks, shampoo and conditioner is a very nice touch. Host was friendly and very quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay.

Let me explain this rating. The gas oven which was recently complained about in reviews in June 25' was not fixed. I was going to use the oven and discovered it had a strong odor of gas. the 4 burners on top worked fine. I called and told the owners and all they said is they would have it fixed immediately. The door next to the kids room isn't safe. The alarms on the door doesn't work. They appear to have been painted over. There is no lock up high on the door out of reach for small children. The only lock is within reach of a 4yr old. The fence around the pool is broken. Needs replaced. We tried to use it but it only covered 1/2 the pool. We asked for a heated pool for arrival. We was told they couldn't heat the pool cause there was no wifi. The wifi was terrible, BUT they did get right on to fixing that. Spectrum was out within hours to fix. The dryer is on its last legs. Now as for the house in general.. its nice! its roomy and clean. We did have to use our fans to help the thermostat out cause we wasn't allowed to go below 72. There was a lock on the thermostat at 72. So with the help of the ceiling fans and 3 additional fans.. we survived. The distance and travel from house location to Disney was the best.

Great open concept home with spacious bedrooms. Pool was a huge hit, just the right size for our family of 4. Could use some more lighting outside but overall a great place to stay! Host was easy to reach and communicated with us quickly when we had questions.

This house is very nice—large, clean, and in a good location. However, the listing did not mention that we would not be in control of the thermostat during our visit. This would have been a dealbreaker had I known prior to renting, but because I’ve never encountered this, I didn't know to ask. There is a passcode that prevents lowering the temperature below 72 degrees. This is okay during the day, but at night we were hot. I asked if it would be possible to bump it down just a couple of degrees if I turned it back up before we checked out and was told “not below 72”. Anyway, lesson learned for me, but I believe that “rule” should have been in the listing. Additionally, wifi was very inconsistent. Not a huge deal for us, but might be for some people.

Quick Responses

We visited this property for just under two weeks. It is a very nice property and the owners have quick response to messages. I gave it 4 stars because there were a few things we encountered that need to be taken care of
.mostly small things/quirks like the only outlet in the master bath does not work, the remote for the fan/light is missing in the master bedroom and one of the guest rooms(although they have a large corner fan in the guest room to use a fan that does have a remote), the two guest showers make a squealing noise while they are on, there is minimal silverware for a day if you have a larger family(we had 5 and just washed the dishwasher at the end of the day), and the lighting in the bedrooms are very dim yellow lights making it feel especially dark at night regardless of them on. These are pretty minor things that didn’t really affect our stay or make it uncomfortable. The one thing that bothered me and is a safety concern is the oven. It has a strong gas smell when using the oven(but not the burners). I would have used it more had I not been concerned with it. I did report the issues to the owner and she was thankful to be made aware of it and said they would look into them. Overall though, it was a wonderful stay and the house was nice. We enjoyed it very much and would come back again.

We had a great stress free experience. There were no surprises and no issues. Check-in and check-out was simple and we didn't have to reach out to the property manager once while we were there. We would certainly stay at this property again.
