Pool & Spa Charges and Information:
The Lanai and Pool area face West
There is an additional optional charge of $100 per day plus tax to heat the pool+spa.
The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.

Parking and Access to Fantasy Drive:
* All guests have to be on the registration form, or they will not be allowed in the resort.
* The guest must open and close the gate manually

We had a sports team of 38 there over Spring Break! We would 100% stay again. Just some tidbits for big team travelers, don’t go too far in if you have a coach bus or large bus. We had 15 passenger vans and we fit well. When getting to the house, there are two other houses right next to it and at first it looks wrong to enter, but wise fine once you realized it was good. The company responded well to some things and overall it was an amazing stay!

This is a really amazing house! It is HUGE and has so much space for large groups. It's very well equipped with multiples of each appliance, lots of pool towels, a ton of kitchen stuff like small appliances, dishes, silverware, utensils etc. We truly loved our stay with 38 people, plus our guests staying elsewhere, for a business conference. I highly recommend this home, it's an experience in itself! The management company was attentive to our needs, very nice and accommodating. All in all a great experience and we were very happy! The parking is very limited. 6 cars in the driveway and 6 along the street. Luckily the houses nextdoor were not occupied during our stay or this would have been a big issue. For 3 houses of this size next to each other, it definitely needs more parking. The pool had not been heated when we arrived which we paid extra for. They did send someone out to turn it on quickly but it took a bit to heat up. This was disappointing but they did offer to refund the extra charge and still turn it on which was nice. One refrigerator and one dishwasher was not working. two smoke detectors were beeping but they did send someone out right away to take care of it. All in all we had an excellent experience and loved the home. It's truly a one of a kind experience.

Host was very responsive and our group had a great time in this home. There were a few stressful logistics, such as there not being adequate trash removal for a home of this size, not enough extra towels out for guests, and some appliances/amenities not working. Overall, our group enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
