The Space:

Soft morning light fills the home as you settle into the quiet charm of College Park, where tree-lined streets and a relaxed neighborhood rhythm set the tone for your stay. Moments from downtown Orlando and Winter Park, the home places you close to craft beer bars, cafes, and local spots while offering a calm space to return to after a day exploring the city. Whether you spend your time discovering nearby attractions or simply enjoying the comfort of the home, everything you need is within easy reach.



Sleeping arrangements

Two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed, provide a restful place to settle in. Natural touches and simple comforts create a soothing environment perfect for unwinding after spending time around Winter Park Village or downtown Orlando. A single bathroom serves the home, offering convenience for up to four guests.

Getting Around:

The neighborhood it’s popular for its walkability, also boasts easy access to parks like Lake Ivanhoe and Dubsdread Golf Course adding to its appeal​ and making it great for outdoor enthusiasts. Additionally, it’s located near downtown Orlando, offering easy access to urban amenities while retaining a suburban feel.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

We had zero internet and zero tv for our entire stay 7 days and our host’s communications seemed like corporate canned answers.How do you have a guest be without internet for their entire stay and act like you can’t do anything about it?I can only imagine if I was here on business and relied on good internet.The house was dirty especially the floors.My wife bought some wet swiffers and the 10 pads she used on the kitchen tile were black after.The nooks and crannies around the floor molding and fireplace were filthy.Honestly it looked like a 15 year old who didn’t want to work too hard did the cleaning.To top it off the air conditioning quit on the last day.It wasn’t hot so no problem for us.Overall I would say it seemed pretty obvious that it was not a real home owner just renting out their house but more like a company.Of the dozen or so vrbo rentals we have rented this was the the worst.So obviously we weren’t real happy with our experience but we still had a good stay in Orlando and worked with what we had.PS we did receive a 365 dollar refund for our troubles.We went 7 days not watching any tv and lived!

Just the right size

The size was just right for my son and me, and the location was perfect as a home base for our visit to Winter Park and Orlando. The house is small but very nicely furnished and tastefully decorated, kept clean and equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend.

Near impossible toilet to use, living room blinds missing so visible all the time. No outlets for appliances in kitchen all that said, bed was comfortable, shower was good great location
