If your staying in our gorgeous home you are experiencing the whole House for yourselves bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, living room, personal jacuzzi and all amenities in Community such as Pool, jacuzzi, gym, pool table, theatre, kids playground. Its a BLAST!!!

-20 mins Orlando Vineland premium outlets. In gated community w/surveillance, fully equipped kitchen w/1 queen/1 full/2 twin/1 futon & 1 pull out couch.There is a private back patio with jacuzzi. Includes wi-fi and TV if want to bring your own fire stick to watch movies. Wash/Dry inside the home w/2 parking, community w/ large pool, play ground, gym and movie theater.

**Unregistered guest will NOT be tolerated. We are subject to cancelling your reservation without a refund if breaking any of the above.

**Do not wipe off makeup with white towels. Makeup sometimes does not come off. You will be charge for each towel ruined.

**Amenities such as community pool, play grounds or clubhouse are not controlled by owners. This can be closed by association at any moment due to weather related issues, maintenance, etc. Owner does not take responsibility if not available.

House and community is under 24/7 surveillance.

The apartment was clean and nicely decorated with Disney themed. The parking was very tight. People were parking along the sidewalks. The wash cloths was like bathing with a wet wipe. I went to Walmart and bought my own washcloths. An upstairs bedroom door handle is ready to fall off the door. The front door would not stay closed without the deadbolt. My guess the handle needs to be replaced. One of the bedroom lights in the closet would constantly flicker off and on. Missing remote control for one of the TVs. The beds were very noisy when he sat in or moved around while laying down, but I slept really good though. Tired from being at the Parks all day. But the biggest thing is the hot tub did not work. Looking at the water it looks like it’s been down for quite some time.The hot tub is the reason why I rented this particular property. My kids was so upset. So false advertised there they should take that off of their listing. I contacted Management and they responded with. I was out of town. Just got this message so I started going over some of the other issues that I have mentioned in this review with no response. The price for the condo was fair. Given the issues.

The host was delightful and welcoming. Home was exactly as described amd beautifully decorated all on Disney themes. My grandchildren loved staying there. Convenient to everything we were attending during our stay. Minutes from the World Food Trucks which was amazing!

Our hosts was very accommodating and available to us for any questions and assistance. Would definitely recommend their home. The home itself was so child friendly and the children loved everything about the home. Very clean and beautiful place.

Seaworld Rescue Run Weekend

Good property. I was unable to get the owner while staying. Smoke alarms all 6 were beeping with low batteries. I alerted the property owner and did not get a response. They all beeped at different times, it was bad. I went to the store and replaced the batteries my self. Other than that it was a good stay.

Cute Disney-themed vacation home

We had a great stay. The entire house was decorated with cute Disney items, adding to whole experience. My group was all adults and one child, whom was celebrating a 6th birthday at Disney, so the Disney rooms and toys were a nice touch to add to the celebration. It was all of their first times staying in this type of rental and they enjoyed it. The house was clean. Host was communicative and responsive, and provided food and shopping recommendations in the area, and gave me some adult ride recommendations in the Park we visited when I asked (I hadn't been to Disney in many years). Plenty of Disney-themed dishes/cups in the house and even a Mickey pancake maker. Cute stuffed animals made for a lot of photo ops. The hot tub worked fine, with the instructional video from the host. The hot tub felt great on our sore muscles from full days walking around at the parks. Definitely recommend enjoying that when you get home each night so you don't wake up so sore from all the walking you will do at the parks. We did 10 miles of walking the one day! There were also a lot of toys there for all ages of kids, which helped keep the 6 yr old busy. Also had some Disney DVD's in the upstairs bedroom. There was a small backyard area was nice for throwing a Frisbee around with the child for a bit. It's a safe neighborhood, so you could also walk around and there were also sidewalks throughout. Overall, we had a good experience and would book again if ever travelling with this many up here.

Quick family trip

We picked up my nieces in another city and brought them to the condo for some fun in the Orlando area. We had plenty of room for the whole family from a baby to the adults. Multiple bathrooms really came in handy and the kids liked the Disney decorations. Everything you need without being over the top

Spacious home

This home had plenty of space for our group. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Instructions were easy to follow and they had everything we required. The hot tub didn’t workout for us, which was sad. And one of the showers was having issues. The home is a bit older, but functioned for the most part.

Everything was great clean. Even had house things already. The hot tub didn’t work but we didn’t look to deep into it. So that was okay. The ledge on the stairs was the only thing that was broken. but 10/10 with everything.
