With a total surface area approaching 165mÂČ, this apartment is one of the pearls of Villamartin Plaza. Bathed in light with its three meter high ceilings, it is not an accommodation in which you feel cramped. This place, thanks to its arched windows, its very colorful splashback and its multiple interior arches, has retained its Spanish charm with pronounced Andalusian inspirations.
The GolfStar is distributed as follows: once you have crossed the porch, you arrive in a spacious entrance with in front of you a living room of almost 80mÂČ in which you will find four large sofas as well as an extendable dining room table .The curtains, rugs and fireplace mantle make the atmosphere warm and very friendly. From this large living room, you access the veranda which offers you, through its large rounded windows, a breathtaking view of the west side of the Villamartin golf course. The green hills and the imposing umbrella pines inhabited by parakeets offer you an unparalleled moment of contemplation every day. The apartment's kitchen is typical Spanish : bright and colorful! It is equipped with an oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and citrus press as well as a wide range of frying pans, pots and dishes. It opens onto the living room with a large counter and high stools, always in the Spanish spirit of sharing. In the adjoining laundry room there is the fridge, freezer and washing machine.
The apartment is made up of two spacious bedrooms designed for two and three people. They are named âHepburnâ for burgundy, glamorous and passionate, and âNĂ©nupharsâ for yellow ocher, more family-friendly. Two large closets with sliding doors allow you to store your belongings during your stay at GolfStar, with hanging space. Each of them has its own bathroom with bathtub and bidet. Toiletries such as shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrush, hair dryer (...) are included in each bathroom. Note that the rooms are equipped with wall heaters and ceiling fans. All household linen is also provided. When you arrive, you will find a complete set (per person) of bath towels and washcloths, all marked with the GolfStar name. The small living room of the apartment is the highest room in the Villamartin Plaza: it dominates all the surrounding buildings and its ceiling height is around four meters. An (almost) entirely glazed room with beautiful curved windows that light up with the rays of the sunrise. Sofa and chaise longue are installed here as well as some hanging plants. It is once the three sides of the bay window are open that you access the famous GolfStar balcony: âKing of the worldâ feeling guaranteed. Victim of acrophobia to abstrain!
Within the Villamartin Plaza urbanization there is a large community swimming pool with free access from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. It is surrounded by a large park where you can place your towels and deckchairs under the shade of palm trees or century-old olive trees. The pool is built on three levels with depths ranging from the children's paddling pool to two meters.This green and blue oasis is not monitored and is not heated but it is completely fenced with a security gate. It is located on the side of the building, a two-minute walk from GolfStar.
Small animals are allowed in our rental. However, some rules must be respected to guarantee the cleanliness and serenity of the premises.
On the central square, located on two levels, you will find the following 14 restaurants. The choice is vast with international dishes and local specialties, grilled meats or fish and chips, from brasseries to semi-gastronomic restaurants.
Orihuela Costa and Torrevieja have 16 km of coastline with 11 coves and beaches of fine golden sand bathed by the warm Mediterranean sea. The privileged geographical location and its excellent climatic conditions allow you to enjoy its beaches and practice water sports all year round.
