This lovely 4 Bedroom and 2 and a half bathroom townhouse is centrally located in Las Filipinas, Villamartin, just up the road from the la Fuente commercial enter and El Galan. This property has 2 baloneys and a large solarium and has a communal pool..For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract.
The Space:
You enter the property and the kitchen is to the left. The kitchen has a hob, oven, dolce gusto coffee machine kettle, etc. To the right you have, 2 doors the first is to the downstairs toilet and the second takes you downstairs to the lower level of the property. In front of the kitchen is the open-plan living and dining room. There is a sofa 2 armchairs coffee table television. There is also a 4-person dining table. Just off the lounge is a small balcony with a table on perfect for peaceful mornings. The staircase to the upper levels of the property is also in the living room.
As you descend to the lower level of the property you have 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom. The downstairs master has a double bed, wardrobes, and a shelving unit. Both Bedrooms have air-conditioning. The second bedroom has twin single beds, a bedside cabinet, and a shelving unit. The downstairs family bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and has a shower, toilet, and sink.
You also have access to the downstairs terrace and into the communal area from this terrace.
The upper level of the living space has 2 bedrooms, Both have to air-condition also. The first bedroom at the top of the stairs is the twin single room which has a built in wardrobe and 2 bedside cabinets. The master bedroom has twin single beds pushed together to make a larger bed, built in wardrobes, and bedside cabinets. At the end of the hallway there is the upper family bathroom that has a bath, toilet, bidet, and sink with storage underneath.
From this level of the property, you have the staircase up to the solarium, where there is a 6 person dining table and BBQ.

Within a 15 minute walk to La Fuente Commercial Centre. An ideal place to spend an evening with bars and restaurants. Villamartin
Numerous commercial centres within a 15 minute drive, including Zenia Boulevard.
There are several golf courses within a 5 minute drive - VillaMartin, Campomor and Las Ramblas and many blue flagged beaches in the surrounding area too.
Getting Around:
We recommend a car to get around and explore all that the area has to offer.
