Welcome to the beach house, nestled between 2 blue flag beaches on the beautiful Orihuela costa, the villa has recently been lovingly remodelled and modernised to allow for open plan living where one space passes seamlessly into another, this stunning front line villa is gated and completely secure with a monitored security system, the villa offers spacious open plan living with all the amenities you would expect to find, the kitchen offers and American fridge freezer with filtered cooled water and ice maker there is an osmosis system to so no need to be lugging bottled water, a waste disposal, boiling water Tap, dishwasher, multifunction ovens and microwaves, coffee machine basically everything you could posible need, the villa has hot and cold air conditioning in every room and central heating by way of a combi boilers so no running out of hot water, the lounge dinning room and kitchen are all one large open plan space that is complemented by a large furnished covered terrace, there are 4 bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes 2 have en suites and the other 2 share the main bathroom, the outside space is abundant with a large tiled pool area complete with outside kitchen comprising of sink, fridge and bbq area, a large garden in front of the main terrace and the rear of the property being used for off road parking, the villa has excellent travel links being situated an almost equal distance between Murcia international airport and Alicante airport with a commute time of around 45 minutes, the AP7 costal highway is only 5 minutes away so for those who like having a look around while on holiday within an hour we have Alicante which is a fantastic day out, especially the castle or Benidorm old town with its cobbled streets and tapas bars, if you have children in your party there are some excellent theme parks ( Terra mítica) and water parks ( aqualandia) or in the oposite direction you have the historic port of Cartagena, closer to home the options of things to do within the local area are abundant, if golf is your thing you’ll be thrilled to hear we have some world class courses for you to try your skills, but its not all about golf the Orihuela costa boosts 11 stunning beaches all with chiringuitos offering fresh food and drinks, sunbed and sombreros for hire several also offer water-sports, there are two marinas (cabo roig and campoamor) where you can hire boats, or book fishing charters, Cabo roig also has a paddle board centre that’s caters for beginner to advanced you can even do yoga on the water, a short drive into Torrevieja to the main port and there are numerous different boat trips on offer, we have a multi adventure centre ( Lo Rufete) which offer quad biking horse riding and various other activities, there are a multitude of supermarkets bars and restaurants locally all in walking distance, a short car or taxi away there are several central commercial centres offering an array of cuisines cocktails and live music your guaranteed to find something to suit everyone’s tastes, there’s ( villa martin ) famous for its square surrounded by bars and restaurants and often hosting live concerts in the high season or cabo roig strip which always proves to be a lively night out, if you like a little retail therapy la zenia boulevard is right on the doorstep offering an impressive selection of shops with all the top names you would expect with the second floor being dedicated to bars and restaurants and a large childrens play area, they often have entertainment in the central plaza so a trip to the boulevard often turns into a day out, Orihuela costa really does have so much to offer, the climate is exceptional, of course the summers are warm but due to the unique micro climate created by the salt lakes in Torrevieja you can enjoy mild weather nearly all year round making it ideal for walking hiking cycling or just chilling, our closest town is Torrevieja which is well worth a visit in the summer strolling along the promenade with all the ice cream parlours is a delight, there is the year round street market and a fair for the children, in the height of summer there is also a water park called (aqua polis) for the grown ups Torrevieja comes alive at night the new marina complex guarantee’s a good night out, for the night owls there are various clubs and discos to choose from, if you like a more traditional feel there is Orihuela city it wont disappoint especially if you catch one of the many fiesta.
