This first-floor penthouse apartment is located in the modern complex of Oasis Beach III, ( La Zenia II,) directly across the road from Zenia Boulevard. This apartment has both a balcony and solarium which overlook the communal pool. The communal pool is gated for extra safety with grassy surroundings on which to lounge. This community also has a childrenâs play area. Youâll have a home-from-home experience in this property.For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract.
The Space:
This stunning property offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both bathrooms are spacious and offer walk in showers. The master bedroom has a king size bed, built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a two single beds joined together to make large bed and built in wardrobes. The beds can be separated on request. The principal living area has an American style kitchen with all the necessary white goods including dishwasher, washing machine and filtered water tap etc and lounge with L-shaped sofa and four person dining table and smart T.V. From the living area you exit out on to the balcony where there is a 4 person dining table and awning sunshade perfect for sunny evenings dinning al fresco. A staircase from the balcony leads you up to the solarium where there is an electrical BBQ, 4 sun loungers and an L-Shaped wicker sofa and coffee table. This also has a large sun shade to protect you from the summer heat.
This apartment is fully equipped with air-conditioning that has both hot and cold settings and Fibre Wi-Fi is available throughout. This property also has private parking in a garage included in your stay.

The Neighborhood:
A short drive away there are several blue flag beaches, award winning golf courses and the biggest shopping center in Orihuela Costa, Zenia Boulevard is just across the road. This property is centrally located as a short walk in either direction you have a multitude of Bars, restaurants and supermarkets that you will be spoiled for choice.
Getting Around:
We recommend a car to make the most of your stay but it is not essential as there is a lot to do on your doorstep.
