Perfect Getaway

Our group of 12 (three separate families each with adult and teen kids) stayed at the Adam and Eve Residence over Christmas to New year holiday. It was truly a perfect getaway thanks to our warm and wonderful hosts, Caroline and Alain. The villa is conveniently located on Orient Bay, minutes walk to the beach, absolutely gorgeous, very well maintained, with high-end appliances, every possible amenity that one could wish for, beautiful bedrooms, and incredibly well appointed outdoor space for hanging out together. The property manager was great. Very friendly and Uber responsive. We spent two days on the boat with the villa owners and had an absolute blast. They did everything possible to make our boat excursions and stay memorable and truly exceptional.

Relax in Paradise

This was a beautiful, clean and well appointed property with excellent hosts. Individual rooms can be booked as all have bathrooms and kitchenettes or you can book the entire property as we did. It was perfect for us as we were traveling with extended family and each group could have their own room/space, while we also had shared space in the common areas and pool deck. The hosts were very accommodating and even went grocery shopping for us before arrival. We would highly recommend !

Wonderful all around!

We had a group of 10 friends visit Orient Bay for the first time together and we decided to stay at the Adam & Eve residence for 7 nights. Everything was wonderful. The rooms were well kept and clean, each room had its own bathroom and kitchenette. Each room offered a blow dryer and plug adaptors which was great since we were visiting from the states. The location was fantastic, only a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants/bars/shops. The outdoor area was a true oasis with a beautiful pool, jacuzzi and landscaping surrounding the area. The common area features both living and dining areas and a large kitchen with all the pots/pans/plateware you could possibly need and 2 very large refrigerators. I cannot say enough nice things about the hosts, Caroline and Alain. They coordinated our rental car and airport transfer, stopped at the supermarket for us before our arrival and were extremely accommodating with everything. They even cooked us dinner one night featuring a happy hour with hors d’oeuvres and Alain’s pina coladas and a 3 course French cuisine served with wine. Also, their business partner Willy stopped by and provided samples of his ice cream which was delicious and could be found at the local stores - how cool! Do yourself a favor and stay here!

Great house for multiple couples

Just had a wonderful stay at Adam and Eve. We rented all 6 rooms. The kitchen is more than adequate. The pool is outstanding. The hospitality from Willy, the concierge, and service were excellent. Will definitely stay again!

AMAZING

Caroline & Alan made our entire trip. Our first family vacation was a success because of them. The home was beautiful and perfect for our 11 person family. Every room is spacious, there is no "bad" room. They were so attentive but never bothered us. They gave great pointers on where to go and places to see. One tip, PLAN AHEAD. We went to Saint Martin during the holidays and a lot of the boat trips/reservations/zip lining were already booked up. Although, we were able to still do all those things, it would have been much easier and less stressful to plan and book prior to your trip. I would recommend staying at this villa any day to anyone! I hate that I wasn't able to say goodbye to Caroline & Alan because I can't thank them enough. Until we meet again!

UN FANTASTICO ANGOLO DI PARADISO

Convenientemente situata in posizione strategica all'interno della ORIENT BAIE, a due passi dalla bellissima spiaggia di ORIENT BEACH, la villa Ăš un meraviglioso angolo di paradiso arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni confort che si possa desiderare. Eravamo un gruppo di amici e ci siamo trovati benissimo: 10 e lode alla casa, alle piscine e al simpaticissimo Anthony, sempre disponibile alle nostre esigenze e prezioso consigliere di dritte sull'isola. Sicuramente da consigliare (e da tornarci :-) )

Exceeded our very high expectations

We stayed at Alain & Caroline's villa for 5 nights in July 2017. There were 8 of us (4 adults and 4 "kids" ages 16-24) so we rented 4 of the bedrooms; as a result, we had the entire villa to ourselves. The photos accurately represent the villa....very nicely decorated, clean, extremely spacious, very secure, and with beautiful gardens. The air conditioning worked well in all of the bedrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped....though we didn't do a lot of cooking. The pool was clean and refreshing...we really liked the walk-in sloped entry to the pool. We also liked being able to do laundry at the villla....had we known how easy it was to laundry, we would have packed lighter. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy all of the amenities such as the workout room, sauna, or massage room. The beaches of Orient Bay are walking distance (5 minutes?) from the villa. Every morning we walked to the shops at Orient Bay for french pastries and/or breakfast needs from the supermarket. We liked having maid service a couple of times during our stay; there were also plenty of beach and bath towels. In short, the villa was great. But the highlight was Alain and Caroline. I've rented several homes/villas etc.. through a variety of websites including HomeAway. Normally, I like to meet the owners, take care of business affairs with them, and then go our separate ways. However, Alain and Caroline had two special offerings that looked interesting to us.....the "French dinner evening" prepared by the two of them and the day long Catamaran trip (we did the trip to Tintamarre and Pinel Island). Both "events" were well beyond our expectations. Alain & Caroline are outstanding hosts who know how to make their guests feel welcome and at ease. The dinner event was extremely enjoyable....and we were able to practice our French language skills. The catamaran trip was the highlight of our 8 night vacation (which included another 3 nights in Anguilla). The trip lasted about 12 hours and included snorkeling (saw sea turtles), open bar, lots of appetizers, lunch at Pinel Island (we paid), and lots of swimming. The signature/defining moment for me was when the catamaran returned to Orient Bay. Once the sun set, I assumed the excursion was done. Instead of "closing up shop" and sending us on our way, they kept the party going for another couple of hours with dancing, drinking, and swimming in the bay well past dark. They're fun people who are very committed to their guests.

Absolutely a great property and location

We rented all 6 bedrooms at the Adam and Eve residence for a week-long anniversary trip, and the house really made the trip much better. Everything that is represented in the pictures and stated online is truly how the property is. The beach and restaurants are within walking distance but it is nice to grab a cab once in awhile (they travel past pretty regular). The owner Carolyn was very nice and easy to work with and they have a concierge named Anthony that is great. He had great restaurant recommendations. He also and made the reservations for dinner and the travel to st. Barths for the day. The guys (Paul & Focus) he used for transportation we're always on time or waiting for us when we were finished at a location. We couldn't have asked Anthony do be any more helpful. All six couples had a great experience and we are already considering our next trip back. Thank you Brian
