nets, heating with pellet stoves for the low season, hairdryer, iron
and ironing board, professional coffee machine.

Villa Medici alla Macchia is an ancient 18th century stately villa,
furnished with care and elegance after careful renovation. Spread over
two floors.
The interior of the historic house has an entrance into a large living room with sofa, armchair and TV. On the sides of the hall there are 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom , both with en suite bathroom. The large and welcoming kitchen
is complete with dining area, TV and fireplace, perfectly equipped with
a bathroom. There is a second kitchenette adjacent to the dining room,
also complete with all the options.
On the back of the kitchen there is a spacious relaxation area with a wooden roof: there are the dining room, double sofa bed and TV, large windows overlooking the internal courtyard where there is a wood-burning barbecue oven. In this area there is a complete bathroom.

Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms (one with a French bed 140 cm),
with shared bathroom, laundry room and terrace from which you can enjoy a
splendid view of the city of Oria and the surrounding countryside.

Villa Medici alla Macchia is equipped with air conditioned in all rooms , with convectors that guarantee an optimal temperature in every season of the year. The wi-fi
internet coverage is also guaranteed throughout the house. The villa
offers sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels and bath towels

The solarium area around the swimming pool is equipped with umbrellas, sun beds and outdoor showers. The swimming pool, delimited by an ancient and imposing dry stone wall, is large and regular, allows you to go for real swims.

The Villa Medici alla Macchia estate is completely fenced and equipped
with video surveillance and active surveillance h 24. There is also the
possibility of organizing guided visits to places of historical interest
or horse riding on request.

Famous for its castle and the beautiful historic center, Oria
is a town with an ancient history, which stands in all its beauty
between the provinces of Brindisi and Taranto . Villa Medici alla
Macchia is located on a road that runs alongside the lush countryside of
the area, just 4 km from the city center.
Its location is in an excellent position as it allows you to easily reach the most beautiful localities of Salento and Valle d`Itria
such as Ostuni, Cisternino, Martina Franca and Ceglie Messapica.
Brindisi can be reached in 30 minutes, Taranto in 40 minutes, while
Lecce is less than an hour away.
The nearest beaches are on the Ionian Sea, those of Campomarino and San Pietro in Bevagna , just 24 km away and characterized by soft sand dunes and clear and pristine blue sea.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Pool available from June to October, off-season pool's opening has an extra of euro 200.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Presence of video surveillance system.
